Larger than our previous ‘large’ suitcases. It seems to be both well designed and well made.Light, flexible materials - withstood four flights and 2 weeks in the back of a van on rough roads with no problem or damage.The zip is very good - the locking mechanism is OK but not an especially secure one: I use a separate TSA padlock through the zip pullers.Easy to push or pull.For what it costs the case seems very good value indeed: to be honest, even after I had initially received it, I had not imagined that it would work as well as it did!

I didn’t really want to write this review as I expected flymax to deal with my issue in a manner befitting what they are advertising.I bought 3 of these cases (23-1-24) one of which broke on my first pack… actually the day before I flew…8/2/24I told Bolo about it straight away and that I was having to use it wrapped in Cling film and parcel tape to ensure it wouldn’t burst openAnyhow upon return to England I contacted Bolo and apparently the return date for the cases had now expired… I was away for 3 weeks….I contacted Bolo customer support only to be told that I would need to contact flymax directlyI did this in the app and also through email…I’ve still not had acknowledgment nor confirmation from either 6/3/24I explained I’m not wanting a refund just a replacement as the other 2 cases were fineApparently these cases have a Ten year guarantee on zippers etc …. But what’s the point when they don’t reply to amend acknowledge and rectify the problemLooks like I’m £64 down and not a happy customer at allKnew I should of bought one from IT 😡😡😡

At first glance we were really happy with this product. We bought this XL version and 2 of the medium versions ready for our holiday and was really happy with the itemWe got to the airport, took the cases out of our car and started making our way to the terminal and one of the wheels fell off of the XL case! Needless to say it made moving the case through the airport with our children very interesting.Would recommend the medium cases, absolutely no issues, but the XL seemed to buckle under the pressure. For full transparency we had loaded the case with 21.4kgThanks, hope this helps
