5.0 out of 5 stars Appear to work as well as YouMove
I have two larger dogs, about 60kg each, one looks like a small Great Dane the other like a fat fluffy Rottweiler. The Dane-ish one loves her walks but it turns out she has problems with her hips. Last year she was on painkillers just so she could get out of bed in the morning, she limped after walks but would not settle until she had one, and hated that I was only giving her one walk a day. By evening she would whimper when getting up for a drink or food. I was recommended YouMove which worked amazingly well, after about 6 weeks she was running around like a pup again and after 3 months we didn't need the painkillers at all.Unfortunately, the fat Rottweiler won't eat tablets, no matter how you try hide them. She will dump all her food onto the floor and go through the biscuits one by one leaving a mess. When worming, it is a case of just force feeding her, she's smart so slinks away as soon as I start ripping open foil packets, but she has learned it's going to happen anyway so she swallows them and sulks for a few hours, or until the mrs lets her on the sofa. When I saw these I thought I would give them a go but kept a supply of the YouMove just in case. It does take a while for you to see the improvement these things make so I was apprehensious about changing them as it would be a while for me to see her get worse and then I would need the painkillers again until the YouMove worked. I am not a pharmacist/chemist but the ingredients look very similar, and they are actually made for bigger dogs so I only need 3 treats rather than 4 tablets. Neither of the dogs will take them as treats, our a spoilt and these just don't make the grade, but when put into their food they both just take them as part of the meal.We are on our second container so well over 6 weeks and still having to take them out 3 times a day. So far no whimpering getting up.
5.0 out of 5 stars They work!
Bought for my 13 year old Border Terrier. He's still got a lot of life left in him, but the Vet said his joints are a bit stiff. I first purchased these about 4 months ago. He eats them like they are treats, so no problems administering. It became apparent how beneficial these were for him when I inadvertently ran out of them - twice - and both times within a few days he was back to not jumping up on the sofa and preferring shorter walks. Both times, as soon as I reordered and he'd been back on them for a few days, he was back to his normal self, enjoying going out and about for an hour +, running for his ball etc. I now have these on subscribe and save so that doesn't happen again as there is no doubt in my mind that these have really helped him. Worth every penny in my opinion.
4.0 out of 5 stars Dog eats them - seem to have helped a bit
My dog is 11 and will eat anything - he also has a sensitive stomach so was a bit worried but these did not affect his stomach at all and went down well. He still limps on walks but for the first time in about 6 months he can jump up onto his back legs to reach us so I think they have helped a bit
5.0 out of 5 stars miracle worker
I have a jack russell x who is 15 years old, her back legs had become stiff and found it awkward getting upstairs etc. this is now my forth purchase i have noticed such a big difference in her, she now walks upstairs without me helping her and jumps on the sofa with ease, so thank you can’t recommend highly enough!!
5.0 out of 5 stars They are tasty for the dogs
Value price so far, not sure the results as they take some time to get into the system
5.0 out of 5 stars Doggy dailies hip and joint chews
I have our 10 month old puppies on these and other makes of joint supplements (which they sometimes refuse to take other makes) as I think you can’t look after there joints early enough I can’t say if there’s an improvement as they are bouncy puppies but what I can say is my puppies are very active I am on my second bottle of 180 doggy dailie chews so that speaks volumes , my Puppys are little divas but they take one of these every day with out fail they get excited when I get them out they run off and eat them I do use others also but I struggle getting them to take them these I don’t have a problem with at all . I highly recommend them the size of them is just like a small treat they smell nice , this is our girls sitting at the table waiting for there chew. I have purchased them twice and had good service no problems at all . Knowing what’s in the chews is good for there joints at any age don’t wait until your dog slows down to look after there joints . As I say our girls look forward to there treat (doggy dailie ) every day 😊🐾
5.0 out of 5 stars Best alternative recommendation.
I brought this as my dog’s usual supplement was unavailable. She absolutely loves them and so far has show no ill effects from the change over. Will definitely buy again.
3.0 out of 5 stars 8yr old puppy
My Frenchie pug loves running around and playing, but last year she started to limp/ be a little stiff.I actually thought she might be in pain, so I googled natural pain relief. Then I search on Bolo for the first remedy and these had everything included.Every morning Fleur has her Doggy Daily and she’s loves them, and now I have an 8yr old puppy, she’s bouncing around like a little lampGreat product and I highly recommendUpdated: recently ordered my third tub, however, this tub, the treats look a completely different colour, and they smell different. So much so my dog now refuses to eat them! Inconsistent quality
