    Broke literally immediately without any clothes on it. Was refused refund even after providing photo proof because we couldn’t physically send such a large awkward item back. Terrible service terrible product

    Lightweight, plenty of hanging space, when folded easy to store against a wall. It would have had five all round, but the mechanism to allow it to collapse is just not safe enough. I ended with both my thumbs trapped, very painful. A friend thought he’d try and got his hands out of the way just in time. It collapses as quickly as a guillotine. Now I put it on its side and work it from there and it’s fine. I’m surprised there aren’t more reviews about this.

    The product arrived with a few of the hanging bars bent, and the wrapper was ripped. Initially I was going to send it back for a refund but decided against purely due to the fact I don't drive and would have to manage walking with painful joints to the post office carrying a big awkward package. The product is in use. Its easy to set up, and it's very light to move around. I am uncertain of the durability of the product, but only time will tell as I have only used it for about a week.

    Joints broke after less than a month for no reason, small amount of clothes placed on it caused it to brake and is now completely unusable after less than 30 days. DO NOT BUY!
