This footrest has been life changing for my back pain. I sit a lot during the working day and having this foot rest has aided my posture and helps me sit properly and straight up. The middle beads are a welcome comfort when sitting on a video call as they give your feet something to play with while out of view of your camera. The adjustable foot positions mean you can change your foot position throughout the day! This might be a big bit of plastic but I love it!

Support well. But not easy to push or pump the pedals forward & backwards for movements when required. The massage works well. Gave three stars as I was looking forward to the peddles part of the machine to exercise for circulation whilst working hours setting.

At my office, we have dozens of different types of footrests, so I've tried them all. I have short legs (I'm 5"4) so I'm always more comfortable with a foot rest wherever I work. I bought this one for home and I can safely say it's the best one. The movement in the footrests is really good for me as I'm quite a fidget and I love the foot massage part in the middle gor an occasional dopamine boost. It's also solid plastic which makes it easier to keep clean. I used to have a soft spongier one that would get dusty and would just collapse under my feet and that was defintely a 1 star.This one is absolutely fantastic! Definitely recommend!

The media could not be loaded. Je l’ai pris pour mettre sous mon bureau avec une chaise ergonomique comme je ne suis pas grande et que mes pieds ne touchent pas le sol.C’est suffisamment dur pour que ça puisse se bloquer sans une position, et suffisamment souple pour pouvoir faire des mouvements avec.La hauteur est exactement comme il fallait, les pieds sont indépendants les uns des autres, et le petit bonus du rouleau intermédiaire c’est top.
