    Lovely packaging and fantastic little vape pen with great results. Company couldn't be more helpful when mine went wrong. They refunded me and sent me a replacement in their brand new colour. I now have two of these and my money back. The vape itself has the best draw I have tried and I have tried many vape pens! The pen is small and neat and has a refillable 2ml tank. Does not take long to charge and as I have found out (by my free one) it is well worth buying two so that you have one whilst the other is on charge. It's really handy that it comes in a black superkings style box that neatly fits both the vape pen and charger. There is also a £5.00 gift voucher in the pack. What"s not to like!     I’ve been using this vape for a while now and I’ve not had any issues with it. There’s never been an issue with leaks either which a lot of other refillable vapes have. I think the design of the vape is pretty slick too and I like how easy it is to fill the pod.

    I bought the whole selection as I was tired of purchasing disposable ones from the newsagents which I'd throw away once they were done. They didn't last very long and someone told me it's cheaper to use a refillable vape pen.These have been fun to use as I've got a selection of colours and I can use different flavours in each pod and it's easy to use. They're around the same size as the elf bars and similar I would get before.I'd highly recommend registering, they sent me extra instructions and even sent me an extra replacement pod because I burned my first coil inadvertently, but they were so understanding. Alex in customer service was great, happy I made the switch.

    Bought this as a second pen after my son purchased one for me in November 2022 to help me with giving up smoking. It’s not a bad kit… to begin with. The pods get a bit too leaky & often refuse to work with the pen, so I’m constantly having to refit the pod to get it to cooperate & I’m always having to clear the bubbling on the inhale so I don’t end up with a mouth full of liquid. Battery doesn’t last long but that was the point of buying a second pen (one’s in use while the other’s on charge), but I’ll need a third pen if this is ever going to work for me because, as with most things, the battery life gets worse the longer you’ve had it. I haven’t had a cigarette since 4 November 2022 & this vape kit has got me this far (jan 18 2023). I’ve worked my way from high nicotine liquid to medium nicotine liquid but these pens won’t see me through to low &, eventually, zero liquids. It’s time to bin them & buy something else 👍

    Bought my first one but it stopped working & I really wasn’t happy with customer service as it was slow & it felt like an interrogation of ‘my charging practice’, which was ridiculous as I wasn’t new to vapes! I gave up & threw it out. But it was really niggling me so reached out to them one more time. This time I got Alex & he was brilliant and got things sorted immediately. The replacement has been trouble free & pleasure to have. It’s much easier than my past vapes, the charge stays full for ages & it’s easy to control the juice strength. I definitely do recommend this one.

    I had this vape a while ago, and then unfortunately lost it. I immediately decided to repurchase the same one as I was really happy with it. It’s a handy size, feels sturdy and well made, has a flat mouth piece which I personally prefer, and gives a really nice smooth inhale. Works well for both STL and MTL vaping styles. Looks-wise, it’s sleek, well designed and inconspicuous (especially if you choose the camouflage design 😉).With my second purchase, I had an issue with the pod that came with it. I contacted the seller for advice, and received a prompt reply (outside of business hours). They couldn’t have been more helpful, and on top of 2 replacement pods, they also very generously sent me 2 of their (beautifully flavoured) vape juices, of my my choosing, to apologise for the error.I could not be happier or more impressed with the customer service I received, and would happily buy from this company again.

    Another update. Device again stopped working after a week it failed to charge. I'm not new to vaping and haven't had charging issues or battery issues like this from any other vape pen apart from this device. You have a fall or fault with the battery or charging component. I brought three of these devices last year. All failed to charge shortly after. Again only device I've experienced this with.Update - The company has kindly sent me a new device without me even needing to ask, really appreciate the customer service.My original device could of just been a faulty device I hope. Really enjoy the flavour, if the new lasts I will give 5 stars for sure. Thank youGreat flavour, one of the best I've tried, making what I thought was a basic liquid switching from my smok taste like a while new strong flavor, but the vape device just stopped working after a week, with it now not activating even though fully charged.

    Battery does not charge after a few months use however seller responded and sent me another battery along with pods and nicotine liquid which was nice of them 😀. I did actually buy another one anyway before receiving my compensation as I do like the simple design. Hopefully this will last longer.
