  • Our jig is patented and easy to adjust ,and can be clamped on boards of different thicknesses(clamping wide capacity: 9.5mm to 152mm). Easy to install and use. Suitable for drilling and woodboard joints, it is an ideal tool for panel furniture.
  • The steel block and clamping screw handle securely tighten the tools like a vise, and the fine thread spacing of screw handle provides uniform and stable clamping pressure for clamping the workpiece. The jig with rugged aluminum sides holding work securely without damage to the wood.
  • The drilling bushing is made of high-quality materials, with high strength and accurate positioning. When using a hand-held drilling machinel, the countersunk drill bushing allows the drill bit to slide into the hole easily, ensuring the correct angle of the drill bit.
  • There are 4 holes along the top of the jig, only 2 of the holes accept threaded bushings(Replaceable 6mm, 8mm, 10mm). the other two holes accept 11mm and 12mm drill bits.

    I am very pleased with this jig. There are lots of cheap and some very expensive alternatives out there, but I think this one is excellent value for money. It is nice and heavy and feels really well made. I've already used it to join a load of rails for a cot and it worked accurately, easily and quickly. Self centred without any issues and no need to setup or calibrate out of the box. If I am being really picky, I would suggest the T-bar handle could do with being a cm longer as, when tight, I found it quite stiff to release (but in fairness I'm not the young guy I once was!), but this is a very minor problem for me.Would definitely recommend.

    I was looking for an accurate dowelling jig that would accommodate timber up to 3 inches. It was one of the few jigs that would. However, no matter how hard I tried to tighten it, when I drilled into the timber the jig kept vibrating itself loose.I came to the conclusion that there was a reason no one else made jigs with such wide jaws and I ended up screwing the joints together.Have used again and thought an update might be in order as, this time, everything worked as it should. 1) the timber was only 69mm, not 90mm. 2) It was not tanalised (the 90mm timber was). 3) I used a twist drill, rather than a wood drill and it cleared much better which stopped the jig vibrating off the workpiece. 4) I also used 8mm dowels rather than 10mm.

    You can make your own drill jigs from wood however they are not as durable as this well made item. This is built to last!
