Really disappointed, the pump stopped working after two weeks of use, this is the 2nd device ordered for my daughter, and when looking to return was not successful as it would be the 2nd time doing so, not a happy customer,

Initially great. I was able to get the same amount of milk with my previous, more expensive, branded pump. However after maybe only 5 or 6 uses (I only use once a day) it appeared to be on but wasn't getting any milk out despite me being full. Ended up having to hand express to ease discomfort.Don't bother.

This breast pump works really well. I got 2 ounces on the first use and after using it regularly I now get between 4 and 7 ounces ( depending on the time of day). It is quiet enough that I can do my 3am pump next to my sleeping 3 month old daughter and she won't wake up, so I consider that a great plus. The milk pours out into the bottle ok. It has three settings and different levels so you can use the level that is most comfortable for you. It is lightweight and hands free, so easy to use. The timer function it useful so I don't have to think about it, it just does its thing and stops after 20 minutes.The only issue is the motor died after 3 months. But I immediately bought another one, as I need to express top ups for my daughter and I wanted one I knew would get a good amount of milk. I was planning on buying a second one anyway ( I hoped the company would refund or replace the broken one). I contacted the support email for the company and they were quick to respond and say they can send another one. The fact that I bought another one even though the first one died shows how impressed I am with this breast pump. I had used another brand at first, which was a gift from a friend, but it was rubbish. It showed that not all breast pumps work well, so I am very pleased with this one.

The media could not be loaded. This pump has a different design than the one I used before and that's why I wanted to give it a try. My old pump sometimes hurt and couldn't vacuum milk well. Since this situation bothered me, I decided to try this pump, which was suitable for my budget.There is something beautiful about it. I can wear it like an outfit and it works seamlessly at home on the go. It also doesn't fall off or take in air. I can easily do housework. (such as using a vacuum cleaner, preparing food, washing dishes, etc...).Also, I breastfeed my little one and then supplement, so the great thing about this pump is that I can feed from one side and use it on the other breast at the same time. My regular pump is so bulky and hampered it's much easier to use for this purpose. Just make sure you follow the assembly/use instructions correctly and there is no spillage.

Great pump, ordered the second one. But now I can see that power of the first one reduced compare to new one. Was using for a month before having a second one. Would be happy to contact seller about it but can’t find how

Pretty decent
I read a lot of the reviews and was a bit apprehensive about purchasing this due to some reviews saying it just shuts off and leaking.However, I have used this pump multiple times and I am very impressed and satisfied. I have experienced the shut off but only after twenty minutes, which is most likely due to that being the recommended time to pump or feed on each breast. I just restart the pump and it works perfectly so far every time. I have experienced no leaking, I check to make sure the attachments are secure before using each time. Cleaning is so easy. Putting it back together after cleaning is so easy. Charging the pumps are extremely easy. This is lighter and far more comfortable than other pumps I’ve used. All in all I am greatly satisfied with this product and do recommend. I did purchase the duel set and find them to be very convenient. 10 stars if I could.

I love these pumps, it makes pumping on the go so convenient. I was worried that using wearable pumps would negatively impact my supply, but that is not the case with these pumps!One of the two pumps went bad after less than a month of use, it seemed to be a power issue because even on the highest setting there was barely any suction so it wasn’t able to express hardly any milk from that one breast (see picture) The instructions that came with it says to contact support@mumgaroo.com for issues. It initially took a while to get a reply, but the company said that was because it was a national holiday in China. But once the holiday was over the company was really responsive. The company sent me a replacement pump which has been in use for a few days now. I noticed the new pump doesn’t clip into the little plastic protrusions on the milk reservoir as easily (second picture shows what I’m talking about), which sometimes leads to a poor seal on the diaphragm, and poor milk expression. So I just make sure to pay attention before putting the pumps on to make sure it’s clicked all the way in, which solves the problem. Part of me wonders if that was the issue with the last pump, and I just didn’t notice? Hopefully this helps other mom trouble shoot any problems they have.Automatic mode starts at level 1 and automatically increases the level every 20 seconds until it reaches level 9. I’ve found level 9 is too strong for me, so I usually end up using massage mode at level 7, which is perfect. The pumps turn off automatically after 20 minutes. I find I need more like 30 minutes to get fully empty, but it’s not a hardship to turn the pumps back on for another 10 minutes.The reservoir themselves have a really large capacity, almost 7 oz. The large capacity is useful, especially at night when I go longer between pumping sessions, thus need the larger capacity.I like that the pumps came with a bra strap extenders for my nursing bra, as I noticed I get more milk output when my bra is slightly looser and the pump is not crushed against my breast tissue.These pumps are also mostly quiet. While my coworkers can definitely hear them when we are sitting in our quiet office, that is not the case when I’m in our slightly louder clinic or meeting with patients. Just the sound of me talking at a normal level is enough to mask the sound of these pumps.While I normally would remove a star for getting a defective pump in the first place, I find the value for money and the responsiveness of the company sending a replacement more than makes up for it! Other wearable pumps (Willow and Elvie) are just so dang expensive, but these affordable pumps do just as good of a job! So it’s a five star review for me.

A Blessing for An Undersupplier!
TLDR:*Pros:*- Decently quiet, at least in automatic mode- Has already pumped more milk than my Zomee double electric pumps and that’s after 2 days of not being able to pump at all and my supply dwindling because of that- Suction is gentle and hardly noticeable at all after a few minutes- Cleaning and drying is an absolute breeze- They fit inside my nursing bras no problem- Charges from dead to full battery in at least 2 hours- Charge lasts for several pumping sessions*Cons:*- One motor is stronger than the otherI only just got the pumps last night, used them for the first time this morning, and I am already singing their praises! I’ve been without a pump for 2 days and have noticed a huge decrease in my already nearly nonexistent supply, so I wasn’t expecting to get anything close to even half an ounce total from both breasts. Imagine my surprise when I poured out my milk and there was about an ounce there! That’s more than I was getting with my wired Zomee breast pumps just a couple of days ago, and that’s with an already incredibly diminished supply! On top of that, the automatic mode is decently quiet. You can still hear the motors for sure, but I’m betting if you were in a busier environment than a quiet house, it’d be almost impossible to hear! The expression mode seemed to be a little louder, but I can’t really attest to that because I changed it immediately to automatic. The force of the suction isn’t overbearing at all, either! In fact, I only felt light discomfort at the strongest setting and it was only for a moment before I couldn’t hardly feel it at all! If it weren’t for the sound of the motors, I could’ve easily forgotten that I was pumping entirely. The pumps are ridiculously easy to clean, which was one of the reasons I liked these since there were fewer parts to clean as well! And they fit inside my nursing bras no problem. I can’t speak to the battery life or how quickly they charge yet simply because I haven’t had them long enough and I didn’t pay a lick of attention to how long it took them to charge last night!Overall, I sincerely can’t recommend this pump enough. I of course will be putting it to the test with time and will update my review if any of this changes!*4/23/23 UPDATE*The pumps charge relatively quickly in my opinion, and they last for a while. They’ve charged from completely dead to full battery in at least 2 hours, which is perfect for me because I cluster pump that often. I have noticed that one motor is stronger than the other, which somehow hasn’t seemed to affect my production at all, but it has created unequal soreness which has been annoying and unpleasant.Overall, I’d still highly recommend these pumps, especially for the price. And if you’re an undersupplier like me, look into cluster pumping. It works wonders!
