Great product

I pleasantly surprised as to how well this burner works. It is the best burner I now have but I do advise caution when using this. Do not leave this burner unattended as it works too well and gets extremely hot.I am using this on top of a ceramic pot and then on some wood as this product creates extreme heat, so much that even the ceramic pot gets very hot. Therefore, do not use this on top of anything that is combustible. Other burners have been fine sitting on top of a bit of cardboard, with some being cool enough to sit directly on a surface such as the top of a bedside cabinet etc. This one can easily be a fire risk if not used with care.Given that this has a fire risk disadvantage it has so many advantages over my other burners. The first advantage is that this has ventilation that works so well the coals burn longer and at higher temperatures. The next advantage is that due to the higher temperatures the coals don't extinguish themselves as incense melts. Self extinguishing coals have been a regular issue for me as they don't produce enough heat so the resins don't melt as they should. So, the resins become a liquid mass that puts the coals out. With this burner the resins melt as they should do and they produce much more smoke.Overall this is an excellent product that is likely to be the only burner I use now. It is well made to a high quality standard, well ventilated so air circulates well within and it is good value so I am recommending this but do advise caution when it is in use.

This heat management tool also shocked me. It feels extremely strong, resistant and high quality. The stainless steel used is of a very high quality. When you pick it up, you can feel the quality and craftsmanship put into it. It’s very heavy and thick. Very good value for money. Hard to find a similar one for this price. It just feels very strong and like it will last a long while.The only thing I would say to improve is to add a lid. This will complete the head and make it one of the best on the market.

At £19.99 this coal holders tray is of high quality.It is very durable as it is made of stainless steel and I chose to get the blue one (although it can come in different colours) because I find it more appealing. It also has a nice clock design finish. Upon trying this it is very easy, works amazingly. This gets really hot even when I've placed it on my ceramic bowl, it heats that up too ( so if it's the same for you just be careful). The wall to this one is much higher than others I have had before and the holes it also has, helps provide the right amount of both air and heat. It holds 3 pieces of coal and I've even got 4 in so it is quite spacious.It is very easy cleaning afterwards which is what you want.Delivery was super fast too so this is ideal if you want this quick.

I always think that the charcoal heater is the most important part of a hookah, if it's too small it'll get too hot and burn out quick, too large and you'll wait forever for it to heat,but this is a really good size.I have a bowl from the same manufacturer so i tested with that 1st and it gave a lovely smoke. I also tried an older smaller style and it worked a treat to. It heated up fairly quick and held the heat for a long time. Most portantly it gave even heat to the shisha without overcooking or filling with smoke from the charcoals to give a lovely smooth smoke.Other than giving a lovely smoke this looks stunning and is very weighty. There's no chance of an accidental knock over with this thing. Thisbis built to last.It's very easy to use and didn't fill the hookah with smoke from the charcoals.Highly recommended

This attractive heat management device by KITOSUN has a timeless design and transfers heat evenly. Although it says it is made from stainless steel I found it had the look and feel of brass and wasn't magnetic – it is therefore probably made from austenitic crystal alloy which would make it very suitable for the job and justify the price. This HMD is made in China and comes nicely presented for gifting a Kitosun branded box, with a shaped foam insert keeping it safe in transit. The WatcHMD name seems to be an amusing play on words as it combines watch with HMD, and this clock-faced charcoal heat management device is available in a good range of colour options as well as my gold version. Currently around thirty-five pounds from Bolo this is a well made high quality product that looks very long lasting – five stars.

The media could not be loaded. So the thing that is most impressive to me about this, is its thermal spread, it spreads the heat produced very well, very evenly, which is impressive.Now the design of this is clearly very functional, but the aesthetic, for me, is awesome, it is a very good looking bowl, the design is machined very well, clean edges, precise measurements, and out of a very, very, solid, hefty, piece of metal.All in all, this is impressive no matter what way I look at it.
High quality
Overall very nice product, don't overfill bowl as the burnt tobacco will leave carbon deposits on the stainless steel thats very hard to get off.
