    Even though they are smaller, they can help me with portion control as I am watching what I eat in order to lose weight along with carrying out some exercise.The plates seem better than my bamboo based plates. The bamboo plates cracked in the middle.

    Assiettes en plastique sans BPA, beau rendu.Comme pour toutes les assiettes en plastique, il faut éviter d'utiliser des couteaux.Sinon le fond se raye rapidement.

    Acquistati per una persona anziana. Sono ottimi per diverse ragioni: scaldare un cibo con il microonde, leggeri per essere maneggiati anche da una persona che non ha più molta forza nelle mani e, importante, se cadono non si rompono. Ultima considerazione l'aspetto estetico: il colore grigio carta da zucchero è molto gradevole alla vista. Molto soddisfatto.

    Me han gustado bastante estos platos de plástico. Al vivir en un piso de estudiante, no puedo estar teniendo vajilla, y me han sido muy útiles estos platos. Caben muchas cosas, cabe bastante comida en cada uno y se pueden lavar en el lavavajillas.Los recomiendo.
