Have been using the same product for years as I have sensitive skin. Sadly it doesn’t seem to work anymore. I think it’s because my skin might be changing as I age, my skin seems to be dryer. And the foundation doesn’t blend as well.Thought I would try this brand because of all the good reviews. Choose the light to medium which blends beautifully with my skin and looks so natural, it also covered a few red patches to give my skin a more even look and was a pleasure to apply with its soft silky texture. So far I’m well pleased with this product and hope my skin will continue to have a positive impact with it. The only small issue is that I’m aware that it’s on my face, it feels a bit heavy and I only apply a little hopefully this will settle down.

I purchased a couple of weeks ago and now decided to write my review. Firstly the packaging is lovely and delivery very quick. I am a 50 something female with medium auburn hair so a lightish complexion.On its own the foundation feels like a smooth, light whipped cream. A little goes a long way and it blended to match the colour of my skin perfectly. I found despite being a buildable foundation it didn’t give the coverage I needed.I then mixed a smaller amount of my normal foundation (Boots beautifully matte All day -warm ivory) with it and found it applies perfectly, it gives the coverage I need and use far less of both foundations. It’s easier to apply than just my regular foundation on its own and stays in place, and stays matte all day. No shine at all! There’s no cakey areas and pore coverage is good. Would purchase again but only to use alongside my regular foundation.

Again a 3 star review for a product I want to love.I am 60, Mediterranean colouring with dry, sun damaged skin so dark spots and the odd mole I hate.As a mousse, the product was a little drier than I expected, and I couldn't get rid of the brush marks when I used the same brand foundation brush. So I returned to my trusty sponges and was very pleased with the result. Coverage is pretty good and easily buildable, and it evened out my skin tone and my pores simply vanished, which is exactly what I was after. The colour was a little disconcerting at first - I have light-to-medium skintones and the foundation looked very dark on first application. However it quickly resolved into a really good match for my colouring once dry. And when dry, it didn't shift - it set perfectly, didn't crumble or sink into my very many wrinkles, and it didn't dry my skin out either. Overall I was *almost* happy with it.But.The way the mousse sat in the pot suggested to me that it had dried a little and shrunk from the sides. But more even than that - it smelt stale. Not noticeable at first, but once applied all over I was very aware that it smelt like makeup that is years past its use-by date. I've read other reviews for this and other M Asam products and many refer to a pleasant scent. This pot does not have a pleasant scent. Not enough to stop me from using it again, but I wonder if I have received old stock. As a first-timer with this brand, I'm hoping so - I'm going to try a lighter shade to see if there is a noticeable difference.

I love this. Little goes a long way.The mousse is a good quality. It feels lovely on and makes my face very glowy. I use enough coverage which is only 1 dab to my face4 in 1 brilliant!

On the advert the shade looks darker than it actually is. On application it's too light for my bla k skin. What a waste of my money as I won't be using the product. Consistency is great but shading is not correct!!

As a woman of 56 I have given up trying to hide imperfections on my face and there's enough of them. I've never worn foundation as, being fair, it's always looked really heavy and artificial. However, I thought I'd try this although the price made me think carefully first. This product is light and just 'plays down' any imperfections and gives a light, subtle effect which is exactly what I was looking for. It's not heavy or obvious and I'm really pleased I bought it. I went for the mid-shade as I'm fair and it's just right. Price is too high and may put others off - It nearly did me. Only a small amount is required so hope it lasts a long time.
