I bought these to replace my second pair of Galaxy Buds live and they are just on another level. I avoided in-ear buds for 20 years because my friend had to go A+E to have a silicone sleeve removed from his head and only bought the pro's because they discontinued buds live and all other outer ear buds looked trash or had trash reviews. Firstly the noise cancellation on the pro buds are so good and the function of allowing ambient noise is fantastic and surprisingly useful. The main thing which make the buds so good are the sound quality, buds live were great but the pro's are just sharper, deeper base, clear treble and have great battery life of 6/7 hours at a really high volume.

Great buds, at a very reasonable price. Bought to cancel the noisy music out in the gym, so I can listen to my own.You can still hear the gym music slightly, in between songs, but the noise cancelling mutes it out to around 85%.Once your own music kicks in, then that's all you hear, your own playlist, which is great.Highly recommended.

These are great earpods from Samsung, they have been well engineered, but like with everything, they have there flaws, the touch pads on the ear pods can be a bit sensitive especially in cold weather, so it wont respond and you have to physically take your phone out and manually call,i know it is the least we can do i suppose, a feature that wouldve been great on here would've been able to voice control calls whilst phone is in lock or power saving mode, then i wouldve given it 5 stars. Other then that the pods look gorgeous feel gorgeous and cute,especially the cute case they come in, well done Samsung and the sound quality is immense and powerful, these things might be small but they are mighty. A big thumps up.

I am an audiophile and as such very picky with how I listen to music. I have been using sennheiser wired earphones for years and decided to try ear buds.These samsung Galaxy ones are perfect. The sound quality amazing. You can lower and raise the volume very easily. I like then so much I bought a usb Bluetooth adapter for my desktop pc to be able to listen to music on that device too. I rarely post a review, but trust me on these...the quality is first class..and if you are a dog walker, they will be perfect for you.

If you don't like the structural design of the AI buds 3 this is what you should go for. Downgraded from 3 to buds 2 pro and it's great value for money, has amazing features as well.

Ordered a pair of Samsung Galaxy buds 2 Pro for my partner as an upgrade to his original buds pro however when we opened these they were clearly not a new product. The box was sealed as if it was new, however there were bubbles under the Samsung security seal. When opened the buds were in their little paper packaging but the case looks years old. The smooth Matte finish had almost fully come off and the earbuds themselves were used, with earwax in the ear tips and dirt on the buds themselves.The box also handily did not have any serial number on. Safe to say these were put straight back into their box and returned for a refund.

Very surprised to see these are a genuine samsung product, given the price drop compared with other sellers and with Samsungs own website.They sync with Galaxy Wearables app, and can e registered on the Samsung Members app, so everything checks out.The product itself is fantastic too - the voice detect feature to stop the active noise cancelling is super nice, and the 9 differrent touch commands lead to very easy, intuitive control.Top tip for the second touch point on each bud (turn on in "labs" setting) - tapping the back of your ear is much easier than trying to tap the small touch zone near your earlobe. Since it works with an accelerometer you can just tap the back of your ear and it works really reliably.
