1. It's kind of heavy! (In comparison to typical supermarket non stick woks) that's expected.2. It looks and feels -extremely- good quality, very sturdy, has the very unique Hexclad texture. It's kinda pretty!3. Does what it says! Non Stick Wok-ing! You can use metal utensils on it, scrub it hard and it's still fine.4. Do remember to follow the super easy instructions before first use though!

Having gone through a number of woks which do not remain non-stick...so far after almost daily use this one still is. I am delighted with it. My only very slightly negative point is that it is very heavy. It could also do with a lid which could be an optional extra. But well worth the money.

I was amazed how good this wok is from the smooth handle that’s ergonomically pleasing to the weight ( sadly I can’t lift it ) but from cooking prospective love it.Followed the instructions for washing & then prepping it with a little oil and to be honest have never looked back. It really does wash that easy BUT even better it saves energy as I can have it on half the heat I used on previous wok and it cooks that fast !!It’s pleasing to look at with smooth design inside & out - I bought the lid with mine.My only criticism would be the price which I feel is over inflated possibly because of having a celebrity endorsement- but all in all for performance it gets my 5 star approval.Having the Life Time Guarantee is also a plus.

Great heat distribution, not too heavy so can toss the contents easily enough, truly nonstick and sits on top of my small Bosch gas cooker ring well.I would give this 5* but it does not come with the lid, which you will need to buy at additional cost. Given the initial cost, I would expect this to have been included as standard not optional.

Great pan, not cheap but the best I have had.
really is non stick!
one of the best I've ever used. a bit expensive but worth it. cleans very easy and virtually no burning even at high temps. not too big but perfect for a stir fry. being able to use it in the oven is a real bonus. get yourself a lid to go along with it.
