5.0 out of 5 stars Fits the Legion Go Perfect
This is a great docking station for my Legion Go, virtually the same layout as the official one, but when I bought it, it was half the price. Works greta with no issues.
5.0 out of 5 stars Works perfectly for my needs
I got this in order to connect my Steam Deck to my living room TV for the occasional play. This then gives me the option to play directly off of the deck, or stream from my Xbox Series X or PS5 or to stream from my PC. Gives me huge versatility for sharing these devices into my living room.Set-up has been very easy, I plugged my steam deck charger into it, connected it to the deck, connected an HDMI cable to the TV and then paired an Xbox controller to my Steam Deck. From there I get a good experience using the deck and am playing a variety of games in there. I have found that Steam Streaming is not quite as smooth as the "Moonlight" linux app which just works so well. Console streaming is also great.I am connecting via Wifi as the ethernet is not the fastest. It is all running very well. Great device for the price.
4.0 out of 5 stars Not a bad product when it is used as intended
I bought this product because I want to connect an external NVME to the USB-C port and use the USB-A ports for a mouse and a keyboard. Sadly, the USB-C port can only handle PD charging and does not support fast data transfer or any at all. When the dock is used as intended according to the manufacturer, it is flawless. I have not experienced any issue with the HDMI, as described by other users. Both USB-A ports work well for the mouse and keyboard. When the Steam deck is installed in the docking slot, it stays there stably, and the tilt angle is perfect.Overall, for general users, I 100% recommend this product. However, you will be disappointed if you expect some versatility from the USB-C port.
5.0 out of 5 stars Very good
Docking station worked perfectly
5.0 out of 5 stars Exactly what I needed
Exactly what i needed for my Asus Rog Ally X, perfect little docking station, holds it in place and has all the connections i need when docked.
3.0 out of 5 stars Good in theory
I bought this for my ROG Ally on sale because of its good ratings. First of all, this thing (like the ally I suppose) gets very hot, and I can't imagine having a hot surface on another hot surface is good for either device, however, it is made of metal which must help. The ethernet integration is great, but not always the most functional. I find myself having the wiggle the cable to get it to work properly (I've tried a few ethernet cables). Most disappointingly, this system DOES NOT support 30W turbo, even when using the original charger. The really leaves a lot to be desired as it would be nice if the games I play performed as well on the large screen as they do hand held.I would personally try a different dock first if you're looking for something for the ROG Ally. If all else fails, it's a good option, just a bit disappointing.
1.0 out of 5 stars Worked brilliantly until it doesn't
The device worked brilliantly, received it on the 2nd and used it for maybe 3 days before it decided to give up, all USB ports located on the back don't work, the HDMI input doesn't work now either, been looked after since arriving into my home. Nothing but disappointment.
5.0 out of 5 stars A must have
Fits pretty much everywhere, the deck stays safetely on place and it. Super light of weight which is key for a portable device and its works fine with the HDMI and USB connections.
Fait la job
Bien mais ça prend du velcro pour le tenir en place sinon mes chats le font tomber.
Ótima qualidade
Acabamento
Works great, but don't get the 45W charger
I bought this to use with an Asus handheld gaming PC as a desktop top. Dock works great, connects fine with an external display. Keep in mind it only supports one display. Also, don't buy it with the 45 watt charger, it won't support the power requirements for the handheld PC. Just buy a 100 watt charger with it and your good to go.
Ethernet Speeds Do Not Reach 100 Mbps as Advertised
I bought two of these docks for two separate rooms and while they work perfectly fine when it comes to charging, connecting to my TV, and the USB ports, the network speeds do not reach anything beyond 50 - 60 Mbps, even after changing the Limit Download Speed entry to "10000000". I thought this was an issue with my internet since it's usually 300 Mbps down, but after testing with an official dock for my Steam Deck, the download speeds match what I'm supposed to have. While this isn't the biggest deal in the world, it's a mild inconvenience since it's not working as advertised.
If you get the charger, please read!
The media could not be loaded. The dock and charger are both working great with my Steam Deck LCD, but as many reviewers point out, the charger looks like it's meant for European plugs. This is actually a removable European plug adapter that, for whatever reason, comes pre-attached when shipped with no instructions on how to remove it included in the packaging or the product listing. The first thing people will try is to pull it off, like I did, but what you want to do is hold the charger with the JSAUX logo right side up. Slide the attachment up and off, revealing the folded North American plug which can then be pulled down. I hope this helps, and happy gaming!
