I learnt so much from this book... I went in not even understanding what fundamental analysis actually is, and expecting to be very confused by a dry, heavy read full of technical language, but this was absolutely NOT the case. Instantly engaging, quick and straight to the point, A.Z Penn makes this crucial topic accessible for everyone. He even goes the extra mile and provides free bonus content and resources so everyone can put their newfound knowledge to good use!
4.0 out of 5 stars Comprehensive and expert tour through the fundamentals of the art and skill of understanding how to make intelligent investment decisions.
This is not the book for you if you want to buy GameStop or the latest meme stock. But if you’re prepared to do the work, it will help you see through the noise and really understand the fundamentals of investment.

5.0 out of 5 stars An informative and engaging journey for investors
This is a superbly written book on the subject of investment. It contains helpful advice in an easy to understand way. Look no further for a book on the subject.
5.0 out of 5 stars Everything you need to know about investing
This is an extremely well written, informative guide to investments. Full of helpful tips, it also comes with many free extra add ons, including full colour images. A lot of information to take in, but with a quiz at the end of each chapter to test your knowledge, you will soon get the hang of things.
4.0 out of 5 stars A good primer
Fundamental Analysis = interpretation of figures in the accounts. Technical Analysis = looking at a price chart to predict what the price will do next (Over simplifications). This book is a good introduction to FA; if you think it will help you, try another book on FA. How to pitch Quality Stocks by Phil Oakley is good.TA is covered at a shallow level. Again, decide if you can use TA and then read a more detailed book. Try Fred McAllen and Llewelyn James.
5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic book!
I recently finished reading your book and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in fundamental analysis. The book provides a comprehensive overview of the subject, starting with a clear definition of what fundamental analysis is and then diving into various aspects of it. From finding fundamental data to understanding the three types of statements, you did an excellent job of breaking down complex topics into manageable pieces.Chapter 5, in particular, was eye-opening for me as it challenged my previously held beliefs about financial analysis. Your approach to explaining why adding two and two sometimes makes more than four is unique and thought-provoking. The discussion on industry fundamentals and what CEOs say and mean was also quite enlightening. The book's focus on both macro and micro perspectives, and how to find the best of both worlds, is another highlight. The top tips and portfolio building advice provided in the later chapters are practical and can be applied immediately.Overall, I found this book to be a valuable resource for anyone looking to improve their fundamental analysis skills. The writing is clear and engaging, and the content is comprehensive and well-organized. If you're a finance professional or just someone interested in the stock market, I highly recommend giving this book a read.
Excellent
Excellent book. Easy to read and understand. Very informative. I highly recommend.
Fundamental analysis for beginners. A 101 guide how to make money with investing
Fundamental analysis for beginners is a 101 guide on studying a business as if you were going to buy it rather than its stock. To be like Warren Buffet, you need this book to make sustainable, profitable investments. The book is written in easy-to-understand language with a quiz after every chapter to ensure you have absorbed the concepts, often with funny answers in the multiple-choice format. I’m not an investor, but even I understood how fundamental analysis works to maximize your stock market profit.
Ottimo
Ottimo libro per l’analisi fondamentale!
If you are a beginner, save time, money, and many headaches with this book
After Skimming the whole book and taking a glance at the downloadable resources, I'm going through it slowly and taking good notes. So far, I'm really impressed–and motivated. I'm learning!!I read other books on the topic and felt overwhelmed and confused–no clue about what to learn, and most important how to do it.This is a well-outlined book, written in a pleasant and easy to follow style. Concepts are clearly explained through examples and similes. There are many interesting insights and ideas from the author also.Forget about the popular book recommendations on the Internet–and the many YT gurus. There is no need for premium "enlightening" trading courses.Don't waste your time and money. Start here, and you won't be disappointed. Many thanks to the author for being such a good and generous teacher.–This a review of the Kindle edition
Great book to start your investing journey
One of the best books on learning the fundamentals of investing and valuing companies. Greatly written in tutorial style. After reading this you will understand most of the terms used in financial websites and videos. You will also be able to do basic company valuations based on multiples and future discounted cash flows (DCF).
