I bought this dock having read a number of only review sites, and I have not been disappointed.This dock offers all the same features as the official Steam Deck dock, only for a fraction of the price. It looks great, has the same ports, is sturdy and works well. The dock stays in place well, benefits from Gigabit ethernet networking for speedier Steam downloads, and then you have a couple of additional USB ports for additional accessories (keyboards, mice, controllers, etc...). The video output to a TV, the main reason for which I bought this, is flawless.At this price and build quality, I highly recommend this dock for your Steam Deck.

I tried a few docks for the Steam Deck, and with each one I ran into some bothersome issue that irritated me to the point that returning them was the only way to preserve my sanity. The best thing I can say about the JSAUX dock, after a few weeks use, is that it works as intended. No signal drops. No random disconnects. Enough ports for basic peripherals. Bonkers that the official dock can't offer a user experience this straightforward and reliable (and for twice the price). For what the Steam Deck is capable of outputting, this is all you need.

The dock is good, and performs exactly as you'd expect. The built in cable is good but seems a bit long so it sticks out a bit but that isn't a problem.One improvement I'd like is a detachable cable, but I can understand why they've kept it tethered with the potential for people to mix up the cables and fry the board.The dock is lightweight so is good for travelling, but still feels pretty sturdy.

I purchased a different branded dock that claimed to support 30W profile on the ROG Ally and 100W pass through but I had major issues with constant power issues. I returned that item and purchased this, and using a 100W PD3 charger this works perfectly and happily runs my ally on a custom 30W profile. Lots of ports, very convenient and the build quality is pretty damn good. Just make sure you buy a 100W charger to go with it, otherwise you'll be stuck with running your ally on a 25W profile with the original Asus 65W charger.

As a dock, for the steamdeck it's ok, if a little mediocre.There are only 2 usb slots, and an ethernet port, ...which connects only when it feels like it, (though I suspect this is the steamdecks fault as I've noticed the same sort of connection 'glitching' and dropouts when using the decks native wifi connection). An extra USB socket would have been highly advantageous.I haven't tried the hdmi port, (and probably won't.., as its not why I bought this).I bought it thinking that the ssd storage would actually be available to the steam deck.It IS available.... but with a huge caveat. You can only use it with the steam deck in 'desktop mode'...If you're using the main steam interface, steamdeck can NOT see the SSD drive, so you're still limited to just its main memory and the microSD card for storing games.You must also ensure that any SSD drive you put into the dock is already partitioned and formatted. (Unless you are proficient enough with linux to do it from within desktop mode...).With that out of the way, you CAN install and play steam games from the desktop on the SSD, but it's very hit and miss, as you'll need to configure and tweak the games settings yourself.The interface itself is of a solid construction and well made. It does tend to get very toasty warm though.BTW, One huge 'plus' with this purchase is the inclusion of a 100W power supply.Summary:-A usable, if expensive steamdeck dock, well made, but could be a lot better, considering the price.There are cheaper options available if you want a desktop setup.

Tut was es soll, aber mit Einschränkungen
Zwei Stück habe ich bestellt für die Rog Ally's für mich und meine Frau. Wir brauchten die für externe SSD's, zum zocken an großem TV und in Verbindung mit USB-C Verlängerungskabeln fürs Bett. Außerdem wollten wir nicht permanent von WLAN Strahlung zerschossen werden, daher war der Ethernet Anschluss für uns das Haupt Verkaufsargument (Handheld PC's wie der Asus Rog Ally kommen leider ohne USB oder Ethernet Anschlüsse, aber mit USB-C).Anfangs gab es Schwierigkeiten den Ethernet Anschluss an einem von den zwei bestellten Docking Stationen zum laufen zu bekommen, es stellte sich aber heraus, dass ein LAN Kabel kaputt war. Ansonsten ging der Anschluss und das Nutzen sehr leicht.Allerdings lädt die Station unsere Ally's mit Verlängerungskabel vom selben Hersteller nicht 100 prozentig und gibt stellenweise Warnungen (überprüfen Sie Ihr Ladegerät, schwaches Laden) obwohl wir zusätzlich das 100w Ladegerät dazu bestellt haben und nutzen.Außerdem senden die Dinger ein sehr nerviges hohes Piepsen aus (fast wie ein Tinitus).2 Sterne Abzug für das Ladeproblem mit Verlängerungskabel und das Piepsen.
Funktioniert einwandfrei allerdings für mich unbrauchbar.
Design und Funktionen sind einwandfrei, allerdings je nach nutzen in meinen Augen unbrauchbar.Service von JSAUX ist spitze, da gibt es nichts zu meckern, allerdings ist bei meiner Dockingstation die ich bereits einmal Reklamiert habe, immer die gleiche Problematik. <---- sprich ich habe bereits 2 mal das gleiche Produkt erhalten.Situation:Dockingstation mit dem mitgelieferten Ladegerät, an der Steckdose, am Stromnetz angeschlossen.Solange das Deck in der Dockingstation angeschlossen ist, ist es kein Thema. Jedoch sobald man das Deck herausnimmt, was man mit einem Handheld durchaus schon mal macht.Erscheint ein leises, penetrantes Geräusch was erst aufhört sobald die Dockingstation Stromlos ist.In meinem Fall habe ich vor kurzem meinen Schreibtisch mal wieder neu Sortiert und verkabelt woraufhin, ich ein Extra für die Dockingstation verlegten Mehrfachstecker, raus geworfen habe. Mit dem ich das Dock immer stromlos gemacht habe sobald ich es nicht brauche. <---- Das Fiepen ist echt anstrengend.Ich habe mir jetzt das Originale Steam DOCK gekauft weil ich schon fast dachte, diese Geräusche wären normal...Sind sie nicht, das Steam Deck Dock gibt keinen Laut von sich. Macht was es soll.. Genau die das JSAUX DOCK.. was heißt das jetzt.Die Dockingstation von JSAUX macht was sie soll. Wer das Dock an einem TV angeschlossen lässt und das Deck immer angeschlossen ist, macht es keinen Unterschied ob Original oder JSAUX.Aber meine Situation: Ich lade das Deck in dem Dock auf und lassen Downloads über Ethernet Downloaden und sobald das Deck voll (o. 80%) ist stecke ich es meist ab, lasse es allerdings dort stehen da es Nett aussieht.Für mich leider nicht zu brauchen. Würde daher empfehlen, zum Originalen zu greifen.Klar der Preis ist schon teuer, aber in meinen Augen ist er es Wert.55€ zu 89€ in beiden ist das gleiche enthalten.Im Video hört man das Geräusch leider nicht.
Absolut gute Qualität und optisch schick
Ich habe die Dockingstation gekauft um mein Steam Deck auch am Fernseher im Wohnzimmer nutzen zu können, sowohl als PC als auch als Spielkonsole.Und genau das funktioniert tadellos, auch das mitgelieferte Ladekabel ist sehr lang und robust. Anschlüsse gibt es auch für alle möglichen Peripheriegeräte, somit ergänzt es das Steam Deck auch in dieser Hinsicht noch gewaltig, gerade wenn man einen USB-Stick anstecken möchte der noch auf einer alten Schnittstelle basiert, oder aber einfach um ein LAN-Kabel anzuschließen um eine stabiliere Internetverbindung zu gewährleisten.Ich bin sehr zufrieden und unter dem TV, auf dem Sideboard, macht es auch optisch etwas her, es steht direkt neben der Nintendo Switch und beide scheinen sich (optisch) gut zu verstehen!
Das Beste Dock für's Deck! 📺✨
Um mein Deck an den TV anzuschließen, war ich auf der Suche nach einer Docking-Station. Das Original von Valve kostet unglaubliche 89€, also probierte ich die Alternative von JSAUX für die Hälfte des Preises und bin ganz begeistert! Die Docking-Station besteht aus hochwertigem Aluminium und fühlt sich sehr robust an. Das Deck liegt sehr sicher darin und gibt ein tadelloses UHD-Bild (2160p) mit 60Hz aus. Auch HDR ist möglich!Meine vollste Empfehlung für dieses Produkt!
