EDIT: The company very kindly reached out to me after this review and sent me a replacement flask, as they felt it may have been a defective batch. As od today the flask is working very well, and i give credit to the responsiveness of the company I how they rectified my issue.The flask started off doing well when I bought it in August 2024. It kept drinks hot for many many hours and I was impressed.However a month in, washing it as instructed , the flask isn't even keeping drinks hot for 2 hours now.Very disappointing as it initially seemed to be the best mug I'd had. Sadly now I have to mark it 3 stars.

At first I thought it was broken, but the open and close arrows on the lid are purely for removing it to clean. The button in the middle controls the flow of liquid. Keeps my coffee hot the whole time I'm drinking it. Looks really smart and is the perfect size for coffee. I would recommend this product.

When I bought the 1st of these mugs I had real problems. However after being in contact with the seller, they replaced the faulty mug and I now have a new one. It is easy to use, airtight and keeps liquids hot for a few hours.

It’s great just what I’ve been looking for it fits on my bike cage so no need to spend £5 a day on coffee now just take one with me really good product as well no leaks 100% plus a free cleaning brush inside highly recommend

The media could not be loaded. I was looking forward to receiving this product , however due to the poor design was never able to use it. When I twisted the lid to “open” and drink from it , it completely came off down to the mechanism and even then wouldn’t let any liquid through. Looks good , but by far the worst travel mug I’ve ever bought.

Well it's a expensive mug - it is for me but it does hold the heat. I brought the biggest in size, it's nice to handle, easy to wash. Would I buy another..... Maybe but I'd wait for a sale or offer.
