The old saying is that it "works straight out of the box" but it was wrapped in the minimum amount of bubble wrap and a paper envelope to make sure that it arrived in perfect working condition.I put batteries in, pointed it at my borrowed LG TV and it worked exactly as it should. As I have started to use this TV to watch Prime video on demand the fact that it has both a Netflix and Bolo Prime shortcut buttons is an added bonus.Great value and no issues or difficulties so far (not that I am expecting any)Great product/price and so much easier than trying to use a One-for-all device!!!Great job Bolo 👏

Better than the original as the original on that came with the LG TV all the letters and icons all rubbed away, must be an LG design fault, so this one’s a great replacement A1

Replacement remote as the original one stopped working after many years service.Having been put off by the hefty price of a genuine Sony original, I opted for a much cheaper copy one. The item arrived next day and worked immediately with no need to pair or change any settings. Ideal and good value. Feels well made and looks just like the manufacturer original but without the brand logo.

Volume buttons no longer work. Disney button never worked. Could live with out that though. Also the cursor function use via the wheel no longer works. This was expensive for a remote but I thought paying more would mean it would be better! And I am past the window of return.

The remote works okay & automatically linked to the TV when I put batteries in so this points were good. One issue though is the buttons are really badly laid out for my hands. The size of my hands (not very large) is enough to guarantee that when holding it I constantly hit the wrong buttons. This is a small thing but after having to reconnect to the channel gets wearing when it’s needed 15-20 times a day. This remote is just too small for me to avoid hitting the Exit button unless I’m really, really careful when I’m holding it which is a pain after a while. I’m going to buy a different remote now just to avoid this hassle.

Vollwertige Alternative zum Original
Batterien eingelegt - bereit zur Benutzung! 2 Tastenbelegungen sind zwar unterschiedlich zur Original-Fernbedienung - aber dank der Beschriftung kein Problem. Hat auf Anhieb perfekt funktioniert. Die Fernbedienung ist nicht so wertig gearbeitet, (leichterer Kunststoff) aber steht dem Original in Bedienung und Funktion in nichts nach! Aufgrund dieser Tatsache und dem optimalen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gebe ich fünf Sterne!!
