I loved the box the magicians costume arrived in, it was so cute! The box has an animated character dressed as a magician with a magic wand and cards flying out on it.If you look around the box there is a QR code and if you scan the QR code you are led to a some tricks on the app for you to learn.Once you dig into the magicians box you are provided with a magicians hat, poke a dot cape, shiny vest with bow, magicians wand and a picture book.You can tell by looking at the quality of the magicians outfit that the materials used and stitching were designed to last. The book and stickers are of premium quality with the wand being the less of high end quality item in your box.Overall it's a great set to get your hands on and looks fantastic when your little one dresses up in it.

Marvin's Magic - Magician Dress Up is an amazing set and came with so much more than I expected.The set includes a beautiful holographic waistcoat and velvet cape with holographic details, a sparkly bow, a magicians hat and some letter stickers and an activity book. These are all made from materials that feel to be an amazing quality and will last a long time.The set is a good size to fit younger children and the parts all stay together well. The cape is attached to the waistcoat by Velcro and it seems to be very strong and good at its job as the capes not fallen off or shifted during use.The wand is the cheapest looking of the items made from plastic but it's still a good wand for the set and it's nice that it could be personalised with the letter stickers.There is a QR code on the side of the box which leads you to a few magic tricks on the app and a guide as to how to use the activity book which is nice as it'll help the little magicians learn their craft!We're so pleased with this set. It's a fantastic quality dressing up outfit and is perfect for any wannabe magicians!

Last christmas we bought our then 5 year old grandson a kit containing a magic book of tricks and an outfit containing a magicians cape and hat. He was absolutely delighted with it and still likes to perform to us. My husband who has always loved magic has tought him some new tricks and for some when he's older.His outfit is really shabby now and I kept meaning to replace it with a new one for this christmas.I saw this and with his 6th birthday a week away we gave it to him as an early birthday present. I can't explain how beautigul this really is. The cape is not a shappy piece of cloth to thto around the shoulders, and a beautiful tailored waistcoat Everything is so well made, even down to a seqinned sparkly bow tie.It has amagic book which is blank but he's already had his grandad write down the tricks he tought him. It even has a pouch/ pocket in the hat which I've never seen on any of the play hats before so I knitted him a small soft toy rabbit and chick to use as props to pull out of his hat.Both grandparents,parents and child are absolutely delighted with this set . It really is worth every penny spent and that is coming from my 60 year old Victor Meldrew husband. If he thinks its good value it must be spectacular!

OK, this comes with a waistcoat (good quality) and a cape (also very good quality), a magic wand which is not as big as the one sold separately which I also got at the time, a bow tie, a painting/magic book with some blank pages for your own notes and a hat that has a slit in the bottom to hide toys. The hat is my problem, the red lining was not sewn on properly and is fraying and coming away in parts so I am going to have to sew that back. There is also allegedly a rabbit which appears if you download an app. To make it work the hat needs to stand on the box and does not work properly anyway. Also the box shows an illustration of the hat and rabbit looking like a stuffed toy in the picture which it is not. So I am now on a hunt for a toy rabbit that looks the part and will fit in the compartment in the hat. I am in two minds now as to if I should actually give this set to our granddaughter as I feel the rabbit bit is going to cause some upset. The picture on the box is very misleading and I am not thrilled about having to sew the lining back into the hat.

Marvin's Magic - Magician Dress Up - Magical Costume & Props - Magic Wand - Magic Hat - Role Play - Colouring Book - Waistcoat & CapeSize: ChildGreat way to introduce magic - nice magicians outfit and accessories. The cape is very nicely made with very stiff velvet fabric and is beautifully lined. It measures approx. 24 inches from the neck to the bottom hem (not including the collar). The cape has Velcro loops at the neck in ordered to be attached to the Velcro hooks on the waistcoat. The cape does not fasten around the neck so needs to be attached to the waistcoat to stay in place.The waistcoat, which measures 16 inches from the shoulders to the bottom hem, has a small button on the back together with three button holes so it can be made smaller which is a good idea.Everything is very well made and the magicians hat is wonderful and has a small opening inside in order to hide something such as a toy ready to be pulled out 'magically'. The set includes a wand and magic colouring book as well as a set of alphabet stickers. The set comes in a very strong colourful box with lift up lid.
