I am a person who normally dosnt have .many migraines and this product helped me greatlyHowever there are two things that i woud like to point out that might or might not be there fought or thre might be a good reasonwhy is that .1.compress is cold ,however it last around10-15 minits ,after that its cold , but you simply don't feel it2. For some reason when i put it on my eyes ,My eyes start to hurt more ,something i am unable to explain

The simple design of this hat is great and it does exactly what it says on the tin (as the saying goes )If you want it warm 20 seconds in the microwave, for cold 1-2 hours in the freezer.It can be worn in two ways, over the head and face to the nose gap or just over the forehead, it is easy to get on and off and to position the cold or warm bits exactly where you feel you need them even if it is not quite how it is supposed to be as it is designed not to slip and the relief is instantaneous unlike if you take medication and you have to wait for the pain killing to kick in!It is of course reusable and washable gently by hand only and you then air dry.I do not suffer from migraines which this hat it mainly aimed at helping but I do get bad tension headaches and it is so soothing when it’s cold .

I'm very lucky that I don't suffer with migraines on a regular basis, however when I do get one nothing can help soothe it when it hits. I'll honestly try anything to help soothe my migraines, and when I saw this cap, I figured why not give it a go. And I have to say, it does help to make my migraines more bearable, and it helps enough that I'm not in as much pain as I usually am. It's a half cap meaning the cooling factor to this item focuses on the frontal part of the head, which is perfect for me as my migraines are ones that only hit my frontal lobes. It's stretchy, so it is a one-size-fits-all kind of product, though it's also tight enough that no matter how you're wearing it - either over your eyes, or just on your head and not covering your eyes - it is secure around your head and gives your migraines that little cooling pressure to help soothe them. And a bonus is that it's always cool to the touch as it is without needing to be put in the fridge or freezer for that affect, which I appreciate. Though obviously for the full effect of this product, do put it in either fridge or freezer, as then you'll have a longer-lasting relief on your migraines.Overall, this product is perfect and amazing. It soothes the head amazingly well, is light in weight too, the colour is amazing, and all in all I would highly recommend it.

I have used this deep gel headband for a number of things like migraines, tension headaches, TMJ flare ups and sinus pain. It just soothes especially when used on a cold temperature which I prefer and leave it in the fridge. It does feel suffocating which you think it would do and even with tired eyes it's a welcome relief. If you suffer from any of the above then I fully recommend

Für Personen mit sehr empfindlichen Haaransätze oder die keine Kopfbedeckung mögen, ist die Migränemütze möglicherweise nicht geeignet, da sie etwas schwer ist und auf Augen und Stirn drückt. Beim Tragen der Migränemütze wird, je nachdem, ob das Gel gekühlt oder erwärmt wurde, diese Temperatur sehr gut und angenehm abgegeben.Aufgesetzt sitzt die Maske perfekt am Kopf und erzeugt einen angenehmen Druck auf Stirn, Augen und Schläfen. Sie passt wirklich gut auf mein Gesicht und schmiegt sich angenehm an. Das kühlende Gel bietet nicht nur bei Kopfschmerzen eine angenehme Erleichterung. Besonders in der Allergiezeit ist der kühlende Effekt bei geschwollenen Augen eine wahre Wohltat und sorgt für angenehme Linderung. Die untere Kante schließt perfekt am Wangenknochen ab und kühlt ihn sehr gut. Nach längerer Zeit im Gefrierschrank wird das Gel nicht richtig gefroren, sondern nimmt einfach die kühlen Temperaturen an. Mir persönlich ist sie aus dem Gefrierfach zu kalt, der normale Kühlschrank reicht mir hier aus. Das Gel nimmt die Temperatur sehr gut und relativ schnell an.Wer sich mehr auf den Kopfbereich konzentrieren möchte, kann die Kappe auch bis zu den Augenbrauen hochschieben, um den Kühleffekt verstärkt auf die Stirn und Schläfen zu konzentrieren. Auch in dieser Position sitzt sie angenehm und bietet guten Halt. Beim Aufsetzen engt sie den Kopf nicht ein, verrutscht jedoch auch nicht unnötig. Ich bin überrascht, wie gut sie auf meinem kleinen Kopf sitzt.Ich war anfangs skeptisch, aber die Mütze ist tatsächlich sehr angenehm und hilft bei Kopfschmerzen und geschwollenen Augen. Für mich persönlich ist sie nicht einengend, sowohl bei normalen Kopfschmerzen als auch bei geschwollenen Augen empfinde ich sie als sehr wohltuend. Ein weiterer positiver Effekt ist, dass sie die Haare nicht durcheinander bringt. Schon seit einiger Zeit sehe ich Produktangebote für diese und ähnliche Migränekappe. Ich konnte mir nicht vorstellen, dass es bei Kopfschmerzen und Migräne tatsächlich hilfreich sein könnte. Und jetzt habe ich mir doch eine solche Kappe bestellt, um es auszuprobieren, denn tatsächlich habe ich ab und zu Migräne und recht häufig Spannungskopfschmerzen oder Kopfschmerzen wegen wetterbedingten Druckänderungen. Bei letzteren konnte ich vor wenigen Tagen das erste Mal diese Kappe ausprobieren. Die Kappe riecht nicht, ist dehnbar und lässt sich durch die glatte Oberfläche leicht anziehen. In der Beschreibung stand, dass man sie für ein bis zwei Stunden zuvor ins Eisfach legen soll. Das war definitiv zu kalt! Ich nehme an, dass es ein Übersetzungsfehler war, und dass man stattdessen die Kappe nur in den Kühlschrank legen soll.Nachdem die Kappe eine annehmbare Temperatur erreicht hatte, setzte ich sie auf. Tatsächlich war das Tragegefühl sehr angenehm. Auch die Kühlung und die Dunkelheit verschafften mir sofort Linderung. Geräusche von außen werden allerdings kaum gedämmt. Nach ungefähr 10-15 Minuten nahm ich die Kappe ab, da ich mir nicht sicher war, wie lange man die Kühlung tatsächlich auflassen darf. Kühlt man Verletzungen, so kenne ich als Faustregel maximal 10 Minuten lang zu kühlen. Als ich die Kappe abgesetzt habe, kamen die Schmerzen leider in gleicher Intensität zurück. Bei einem erneuten Anfall werde ich die Maske mit nur geringer Kälte für längere Zeit anbehalten und sehen wie es dann wirkt. Es ist schon positiv hervorzuheben, dass man tatsächlich eine Linderung verspürt, ich hatte mir allerdings erhofft, dass diese Linderung auch nach Abnehmen der Maske aufrechterhalten wird.
