I was reading a lot about probiotic s before buying these. It is true to say that our gut health plays a massive part in skin health. I started a keto diet and cut out carbohydrates completely. This forces your body into ketosis, where your fat cells are broken down for energy. I have lost weight but it is very rapid so I decided to use the slimfast diet which is so much better. I make smoothies using lots of berries and slimfast. This curbs my hunger. So after a week of taking these probiotic capsules, I am going to the loo daily which is excellent for me. My medication causes me to get bunged up and I feel awful. Not anymore and that is down to these capsules. I have more energy instead of feeling lethargic. I take apple cider vinegar too bit that is more for my diet. My skin looks brighter and I just feel much better generally. My beautician said I look much better. I have a regular facial as my treat. I would highly recommend these capsules. They contain all of the good bacteria that our gut needs. Compared to more expensive brands the ingredients are exactly the same. Great for my gut and my purse ❤️

Smaller, easy to swallow capsules would have led me to give this 5 stars but they are nor small so 4 stars will have to do. Good value for money and good quality.

The media could not be loaded. I don't think it's just placebo I definitely feel better after about a week of taking these I'm going to continue the equipment in store is about %25 _ 40 more expensive and you get less tablets so it's more like half the price actually if you account for amount of tablets I feel better knowing that know myself lol
