The mugs are nice, quite heavy and chunky. But they definitely do NOT hold 470ml the ones I received hold 360ml to the brim max! So normal sized mugs that hold 320ml with a drop of milk that can moved without spilling. They are wider than they are tall, which means liquid doesn't stay hot for very long. With all that said, I still like the mugs.

This is a geniune review and it is a statement of how much I love these mugs. They are beautiful, great for coffee and big enough for tea, they look and feel high quality. And I love the fact that each of them has a different color inside. I hope they last a long time!

The mugs are lovely and chunky, great for soup..mug cakes, reheating in the microwave also as the inter is a diffent colour per mug you can hang onto one mug all day, if you hate washing up ;)

Nice cups, they are not all quite the same shape and slightly different sizes and the handle are different thicknesses but hold a good cup of tea or coffee. The glaze and colours inside are really nice. Full to the top they only hold 450 ml not 470 as stated.
Son Loves These
Bought them as a birthday gift for my son. There's really nothing I can complain about. The interior colours are nice and the cups seem quite sturdy and good quality. They hold a decent size cup of coffee or tea. He really likes them.

BEAUTIFUL
So - Believe it or not I have been looking for mugs since January. I’m a mug snob - not just any mugs for me. I’ve searched websites of so many brick and mortar stores it’s not even funny. I’ve also made so many trips to various brick and mortar stores searching and searching and searching. There is nothing in brick and mortar to be found in the actual stores. I’ve also been searching Bolo for months as well. Then just about a week ago, these popped up. Jumped on them right away. They were “different” than others I’d seen - I loved their grey color with the different color glazes inside the mugs. I ordered two sets and prayed they would be as great as the pictures. They came the next day. I opened up the boxes and fell in love immediately. These are so comfortable in the hand, three fingers fit comfortably in the handle. The glazing inside the mug will last forever. The outside of the mug is smooth even though it may look rough in the pictures. It holds a full 16 ounces to the rim. I make an 8 ounce Keurig cup. My husband makes a 12 ounce Keurig cup. Even with him adding cream and sugar there’s plenty of room at the top. Definitely will order more to replace so many old ones we had. Thanks again, Bolo! Don’t know what we’d do without you!
