How do I actually contact seller? I need to return this item! Its upto me to find a parcel firm to pick up and collect item as there to heavy for me to take to a parcel shop but I've got to then pay to return them. They weigh alot it's going to cost me a fortune. Contact the seller is Bolo assistant which basically goes around in circles and no help at all just so I can sort out returning
