I bought this jug because I was looking for something that would look nice on the kitchen counter. I wanted the jug to be made of pure glass with no plastic added because plastic is unhealthy. I use it for water with shungite stones. The wooden stand on which the jug stands disappointed me because after filling the jug with water, it sagged under the weight. It wasn't safe. I filled the base with another material and now it works. xx

These drink dispensers looked so great, and when then arrived we were please with them. But after one use the wooden bases split from just one evening when the water condensation on the glass, reached the wood and it immediately split. Please can you help we need to return them. Thank you
Poor quality wood..
Loved this at first, but after the first use.. moisture from the bottle caused the base to expand and come apart. Really should be sealed wood to be used around the water.. a real shame its a nice looking display.. and the box got thrown out so now im stuck with it.

gracias a este productito siempre tengo mi aguita fresquita y con sabor a limon, ya que añado algunas rajas de citrico para alegrar el sabor de mi agua y aportarle minerales. mmmm saba a limon que rica!!
L'unico problema è il tappo
Ha tutte le caratteristiche per essere il migliore nel suo genere, unica pecca che lo rende inutilizzabile è il tappo, per qualche motivo rilascia nell'acqua l'odore del legno che diventa sapore di stalla nell'acqua.Io ho risolto con una vernice trasparente ALIMENTARE (usata per rivestire i taglieri per esempio) pagata 10€Peccato che abbia dovuto farlo io anzichè l'ideatore di questo prodotto, mi auguro che prendano atto perché ora che ho rivestito il tappo è un ottimo prodotto, comodo, bello e facile da maneggiare, da 5 stelle.

Cette fontaine est de très belle qualité. Robinet en métal, socle en bois verre costaud. Je suis ravie et je la recommande. 😊
