I wasn’t expecting much for the price. I thought they were pretty in the pictures and about the size I wanted, but was really pleased to open them.They were nicely packaged with this plastic springy stuff between each one so they arrived in perfect condition.The first thing I noticed was how very pretty they are in real life. The colours are deep and the glaze is shiny. The ceramic itself feels reassuringly heavy and solid as if it will last.These little dishes are shallow and small, exactly what I wanted. I bought them because I’m a fan of Korean food and it’s common to have small side dishes of things like kimchi, other pickles, soy sauce, dips and various things accompanying the main bowls. These are perfect for that.They’re also very useful in the kitchen as you can put ingredients in them when you’re cooking to clear space on your chopping board.I wasn’t expecting much from them but I was absolutely delighted.

We've got really into dim sum after being gifted a voucher for an online supplier at Christmas. The only thing we were lacking was somewhere to dip our dim sum and these bowls proved perfect for it. They're a lovely little set and are a good size for holding the various dips. They've been in the dishwasher a few times now and seem to be holding up fine too.

Happy with the design and quality but I should have taken closer observation of the dimensions as not as deep as hoped for. Still lovely for little nibbles or dips.

I love these little dipping bowls, they are great quality for such good value. Mine are used almost daily and are in and out of the dishwasher all the time. They’re very pretty and have been complimented on them from guests.

The dishes are very small ( w 3 ins x hy 1. 3/4 ins) beautifully formed with contrasting designs that I find so appealing..Great for dips and soya. Great value for quality product. Suitable for dishwasher microwave and oven. Could be used for fruit pips!

Nice bowls, just be aware they are not the colour in the first picture, they are a very dark blue/back. Other customer photos are more presentative.

They are lovely. It was reassuring to note that they are lead-free (you'd think that would be obvious, but many traditional glazes are toxic).They were packed well, and arrived in perfect condition. The pictures do not do them justice. The patterns are beautiful.They'd make a lovely gift, as long as you recognize that the packaging is strictly functional: a thick cardboard box, and sheets of foam padding to separate the dishes to prevent chips and breakage.While they are absolutely perfect for their intended use, I bought them to use as cat-food dishes, because the low edges help prevent whisker fatigue. They hold about four spoonfuls of canned cat-food.

Perfect little bowls for soy sauce or any other sauces on the side. Good quality and look for a nicely set table.
