    Has lovely essential oil scent, but it didn't revive and rejuvenate me....its literally...just shower gel, not the miracle pack I was expecting. The price is unjustified

    I admit I've been looking forward to going to the gym largely in part because I get to use this after. It's like my own post-workout spa treatment! There's a good amount of each product to last at least a good while.Although it's a shower gel bundle, it also comes with a shampoo and conditioner pack which I thought was a nice addition. The shampoo leaves my hair feeling really, really smooth.All the gels lather really well and wash off easily. There's 700ml of the Body Recovery shower gel (both a bottle and a pouch), which is the one I've been using most often. It makes my skin super soft after use and has a lovely rosemary, slightly woody, smell that isn't too overwhelming.The Clear Breathing shower gel has a strong eucalyptus-like scent that effectively clears any nasal congestion. Ideal not only for post-workouts, but also if you frequently suffer from a hayfever blocked nose.The Muscle Cooling shower gel is very similar, but with more of a peppermint scent. It seems to give a slightly deeper, more exfoliating cleanse than the other two as well. I can't seem to find this gel sold individually at all! It's only available as a bulk buy (pack of 6) or in bundles like this one.Overall this is great value for money. Each of the 200 ml pouches is typically sold for £5.99 and the 500 ml bottles for £10.99, so it would cost around £40 to buy each product separately. They're a tad pricey, but they're great quality and each product seems well-thought-out with what it's targeting and the active ingredients inside. I'd be happy to recommend.

Do they sports or the gym?This is the FIT KIT Store Shower Gel Bundle 200ml x 3, 500ml x 2, Cruelty Free, Vegan, Made In The UK.This shower gel comes neatly presented in a box, it contains two different packages if gel, one a traditional flip top bottle, the other a squishy plastic pouch with carabiner. You get three different variants the first is a 500ml bottle and a 200ml pouch of Body Recovery Shower Gel which contains magnesium to help with muscle recovery and smells absolutely divine with hints of pine trees and rosemary. The second is Clear Breathing which you get 1 x 200ml pouch and a 500ml bottle which contains eucalyptus and lemon, it smells lovely and when in the shower it really invigoates, and opens up your airways. The third is just a 200ml pouch of Muscle Cooling which contains peppermint and charcoal, this has a real chewing gum aroma and feels like a hit of deep cool on yer skin. It all lathers up well, all you need is a £2 coins worth in your hand and that is enough.The dogs like the minty one a bit too much and keep licking my ears, true story!My main issue here, is for a product that is so animal friendly and cruelty free, the packaging for the pouches is non recyclable. Shame really, as it is made in the UK and has a relatively low carbon footprint.Overall I recommend this gift set for anyone who goes to the gym and would appreciate smelling great after a hard sesh. But be prepared to pay!
