    Update: We were given a workaround for the power issues which was working well but now we are constantly getting a ‘anti pinch’ or ‘overload’ error so the auto sift no longer works again. There have been too many challenges within the first few months with no easy way to contact the sellers for help so I have reduced the rating.Original review: When it is connected to the app and the power is working, this litter box is great. With good clumping litter, it cleans relatively well. I still have to wipe down the comb, edges and the tray where the excess litter and clumps end up on a weekly basis or ad hoc as needed but it’s much better then constantly manually sifting and the mat, tray and hood prevent much of the litter tracking.That being said, it disconnects from the app and internet very regularly and requires me to manually add it back to the app or it will not sift. I leave it plugged in and it still flashes a low battery after it auto cleans just one time. Also, we are having a lot of problems with the power just not working at all. It’s plugged into the back of the unit and the wall. We’ve tried unplugging, replugging, different sockets, etc but right now the power isn’t working at all. These are some pretty big challenges given the price paid for this item and the fact we’ve only had it for 3 months.

    Unfortunately this did stop working while we were away on holiday. After leaving negative feedback as I couldn’t see how else to contact the seller they gave a work around to the power problem. I sent the information to the person looking after our cats and it fixed the issue.

    Worked fine at first had it exactly a month just stopped working, doesn’t have enough power to run to the end of the cycle, then repeats and repeats and restarts

    If space isn't an issue then this is probably a good bit of kit, but the width stated in the description is incorrect so it didn't fit and we had to return it.

    Bought this december '23, now september '24 and the thing has broken entirely.One of the drive cogs for the cleaning module has stopped staying attached, part of the metal making it rotate sheared off, meaning the rest of that side overstressed, causing a washer to go entirely missing and now it's impossible for the thing to actually move along it's track,I now have a piece of expensive plastic waste and am absolutely furious because I have no way to contact the company.

    Please don’t waste your money. First couple of months it worked fine, and then it was a bit hit and miss, and now it’s just completely stopped working.I can’t find anyone to contact about it and I’m extremely frustrated.

    I couldn't be happier with this litter box! It's a feline haven, and my cat adores it. The size is just right, and the high walls prevent any messes. Cleaning is a breeze, thanks to the smooth surface. It's sturdy, practical, and an all-around winner! I did have to prop open the door for my kitten because she was opposed to it but I still love the set up.

    Flimsy and will not hold up to daily use.

    Absolutely terrible. Its cheaply made. The instructions are only in Chinese. The liners are too big. The litterbox itself was way too small im not sure if a kitten would even be small enough.
