I don't write many reviews but I feel this product is worthy of one. I have never been able to stomach taking most B vitamins or some vitamins due to the nasty smell. If I smell it I can't take, it's cause me to be nauseous. This product does not smell, and it is easy to swallow. The BEST part is that is gives me so much energy. Honestly have never had that experience with a vitamin!! If I miss a day I can feel it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I’ve tried another B-complex vitamin from this same brand and I always hated it because the pill was larger, it had an off-putting smell, and also gave me weird breath all day. However, this supplement is SOOOO much better! The size is smaller, there’s no weird aftertaste/bad breath inducing effect, and my energy levels are sufficiently maintained throughout the day. I definitely feel a difference between days where I don’t take this supplement and it was also highly recommended by my physician. All in all good purchase!

I've previously experimented with another B-complex vitamin from this brand, and honestly, I never quite enjoyed it. The pills were large, emitted an unpleasant odor, and left me with odd breath all day long. However, this particular supplement is a game-changer! The pill size is smaller, there's no lingering aftertaste or breath issues, and it effectively sustains my energy levels throughout the day. I can distinctly feel the contrast on days when I skip taking this supplement. Moreover, my physician highly recommended it. Overall, it's been a worthwhile purchase!

Too early to tell if there's any benefits. However, the capsule contains gelatine so is therefore not suitable for vegan/vegetarians. It's also quite firm compared to other vegetarian capsules and notice a feeling of it sitting in stomach for a while.

Siempre que quiero tomar un nuevo suplemento, busco hasta la saciedad para encontrar la mejor composición, ya que la mayoría tienen tóxicos dentro de sus ingredientes.Este producto tiene una composición excelente y además es grupo B metilado (aunque no lo pone en el elvase y eso no me gusta) y liposomado.
