    I got the Sons 3-month plan that included DHT-blocking shampoo and biotin supplements.I am coming to the end of the 3 months just now. I do feel it’s made an impact on the health of my hair. I feel my hair is stronger and looks slightly fuller. It’s definitely not put hair in my receding head but I knew that.The shampoo lathers well and gives the hair and scalp and thorough cleanse without drying out the hair. It removes any hair product buildup but doesn’t overly strip the natural oils which is fantastic. It’s recommended to leave for a few minutes to allow the active ingredients to work.The biotin supplements are small and easy to swallow. I don’t notice any aftertaste of stomach upset from taking them. They’re just a standard Biotin supplement and nothing special in my opinion but I’m glad they came with the set as it’s a supplement I always forget about.Overall I’m very happy with the product quality and results I’ve achieved thus far. I feel confident recommending this to others and will definitely reorder once I’m done.

    I like the shampoo in the set and initially thought this was fantastic value but I've since changed my mind. Biotin supplements from a reputable brand is relatively cheap so I presume the bulk of the cost is from the shampoo. While the shampoo is nice and smells lovely, the effects will differ from person to person. I found minimal effects from using the shampoo alone in a routine and with the biotin. I think this range can help some people but I do feel the cost is very dear.

    The media could not be loaded. The issue I found with this is the supplement contains Magnesium Stearate, this product gives me headaches, and just contains biotin. Biotin is a very cheap supplement to buy on it's own and the best combination for hair ingredients are the ones that also contain collagen, all the B-vitamins complex and adding MSM to it for overall hair, skin, nails, joints and bones.The value isn't perfect, but it's ok considering it has 3 bottles of shampoo which for short hair would last a long time. It smells kinda with hints of citrus fruit mix with chemical, contains salt so will rub out keratin and relaxer treated her faster than usual, will this work to replenish the hair from bald status? Probably not, well not for me, I have tried this shampoo for a month before some time back and I can only say it smells alright and lasts a while, and only requires upto 90 seconds of gently massaging in.Shampoo lathers well enough, and is handy size for travelling. Real let down about the supplement though, won't be able to use it after trying it first doesn't taste of anything other than the usual capsule taste, but like all magnesium stearate filled products gives me a headache, so had to take 2 stars off sorry. Shampoo was decent however, a 3x shampoo/conditioner combo for 45 quid would have been better value as you can get a year supply of biotin for under 10 quid.

    The 3 month plan is very simple and easy to do. Does require to wash your hair everyday but I haven't experienced any issues with either the shampoo or supplements. The shampoo lavers very nicely and doesnt have much of a scente. The supplements are easy to swallow.I'm yet to see any difference but it's still very early days yet.
