    The media could not be loaded.  This fountain is great, really quiet and my cat LOVES it. I really like it because its easy to top up with the inner vessel being wireless and the ceramic lid is so much better to keep clean than a plastic one. I saw some reviews about the pump not working and I did have this happen less than a month and half after i got mine. I kept getting the red light indicator which is for low water level, so I filled up and popped in a new water filter for good measure and it still wouldn't work. I tried pressing the buttons in all different combos and eventually, I took apart the pump as directed by the manufacturers YouTube video and noticed the ceramic fan piece was a bit dirty. I cleaned it, reassembled and that fixed it! So try cleaning the pump and you should go back to a wonderful silent cat fountain. My cat was sitting waiting by it when it wasn't working, so I'm really glad it back up and running.

    I would really recommend thisfoundtain. It's silent. It's easier to clean because it comes apart easily and cleanly and it's made out of plastic. It let's you know via the light on the front if it needs refilling or if it needs a filter change. Best found tian we've eve purchased for our cat.

    Recommended to me by my daughter, at first the old girls (cats) ignored it. Now drinking and enjoying it! Quiet except for a few bubbles which are no issue, I would recommend highly. Would have given five stars but it was a tiny bit fiddly to assemble (but I’m not good at that anyway). Great value as you get three free filters after purchase.

    I particularly liked that it is very easy for water change and regular cleaning, as no dangling cables when you wash the parts. There is nowhere that you can't reach and very easy to disassemble. Customer service is second to none: very easy to contact via Facebook message, and they promptly tell you what to do. When it stopped working, they sent me very clear instruction (shown here) how to disassemble the pump parts and clean the impeller, and I found it extremely easy to follow, and in an instant, it was working again. This is the most safe and hygienic as well as easy maintenance cat fountain I have ever had. Oh, and my cats like it too. By the way, one of my cats likes silicone kind of thing and he immediately took the ceramic top by the red tab and stole it! I asked if I could cut the tab, and they told me I could actually just remove it by pulling hard, so I did!

    So we have had several different cat drinking fountains over the years, it's really important for our cats to keep hydrated and filtering the water is key.Our issue has been that the other types of fountain always seems to have pump failures, so this time around I specifically searched for something different. This fountain caught my eye chiefly as the pump is effectively wireless.I have to say, I wasn't disappointed. This is a brilliant design, a USB powered base, which has the main water bowl sitting inside it. The pump is then placed inside the water bowl. On top you have a clear plastic plate which holds the filter and the finally the top level which is a white plate and it forms the water spout point and drinking area.There's a lot of thought in this device. Firstly, the base has power to it,but the rest of it can simply be lifted straight up and out for cleaning. So easy, and you don't have to mess about with the power supply.Secondly the design means there is no way to get the components the wrong way around.Cleaning is really easy, replacing the filters is a doddle. But probably the best bit is how quiet it is. You can see it's working but it's really REALLY quiet.The final test... Will the cats use it? Yes!!! It's a big hitSo all in all, this really is the best cat drinking fountain we have ever had. Easy to use, easy to clean, and so quiet you'd be forgiven for checking again to make sure it's working.I'd definitely recommend it, and to cherry on top? I registered it for warranty (via Facebook) and the company kindly sent me a few replacement filters as a thank you.If you need a car drinking fountain. This is definitely the one.

    Worked well for first couple months then the pump suddenly stopped working. As you can imagine I was a bit peeved because spent over £50 and the product lasted less than 3 months. No option to contact the seller for replacement and Bolo unable to issue a parts replacement. Save your money and buy a different fountain.

    My lovely cat is 19 years old so has used many fountains during his lifetime and this is by far the best. After spending hours researching them I settled on this one because of the ceramic plate. The fountain is absolutely silent, easy to keep clean and refill, is a good height and most importantly he loves using it. He is a fan of ceramic dishes and the fact this has a ceramic top meant he took to it straight away. The fountain alerts you when the filter needs changing which is really useful because with other fountains I've had to guess or be shown by my cat suddenly not wanting to drink. The pump did develop an issue but I can't fault the customer service of homerunpet who replaced it free under the warranty. I would highly recommend the fountain and am so pleased I bought it.

    This water fountain is amazing!! Very quiet, easy to clean, and the cats love it! It has lights to indicate low water or if the filter needs to be changed. I accidentally broke a little piece of the pump - customer service was fantastic!!! It was under warranty, so they sent a replacement pump. 10/10 for product and customer service. Highly recommend!!!👍👍

    I love my water fountain and I had to buy more filter. I didn’t know the price before. 24$ for 3 filters compare to other at 15$ for 10 filters, it’s expensive. If I knew that before it would have propably affect my decision to buy the fountain. But a very good customer service.

    I have had this filter since 2022 and it has continued to run effortlessly! All the people on here saying DO NOT BUY, more than likely got something knocked loose during transit or just got a faulty fountain. I buy the replacement filters in bulk and other than that I clean the tank everytime I refill which is about every 3 weeks. It works great for my 2 cats, they love drinking from it and it got my little guy to stop drinking from my toilet 😭. I never have a noise problem unless the water is low, then you can hear it running dry. It flashes different colors at you for when the filters need to change and when to refill the water, but honestly like I said, I clean and refill every 3 weeks so it's fine. Very easy to clean, definitely use q-tips to clean where the water spouts from and to clean the sputung part of the motor. I'm actually going to buy another one so my other cat can have his own fountain too.

    本体と一緒にフィルターの替えを購入しました。本体付属の物と違い、黄色い物が透けてます。あまりにも違いすぎて、不安になりました。本日あけたものです。他のものも開けてみましたが、うっすら黄色いものが透けてます。赤カビが出やすいとのレビューもあるので、このまま使い続けて大丈夫なのでしょうか？猫にとって良いものを使いたくて購入したのに、安全なのか疑問です。追記です。お問い合わせしたところ、本体付属のものと同じように使用して問題ないとのことでした。迅速で丁寧な対応をしていただきました。本体付属なものは3週間ほど使えましたが、今回のものは1週間で交換ランプついてピンク色になりました。毎日、洗浄しています。今後の使用は考えます。
