Absolutely love this, has helped my back pain so much. This massage machine helps you to relax stiff, sore, and tight muscles. It helps enhance the flow of blood to different areas but distributing pressure which has helped my range of movement massively in my bad shoulder. it has 6 different heads that you can choose from to help different muscles in your body. It's actually a very quite machine which is good as helps you to relax. It has a touch screen where you can turn the pressure up and down to however you like it and see how much battery you have left. The battery actually lasts quite a while to be honest. I think it took around 3 hrs to charge it when battery fully gone. Well worth the money. Highly recommended for people with pains in there muscles and joints

I am over 60 but actively fit. Still doing interval training and running. Am type 2 diabetic so diabetic neuropathy nerve damage can occur. I was needing many days to recover after a 5k run. Having understood how muscle cramps occur recovery time/VO2 max on my Garmin watch, this device I seen used on Youtube before and after exercises. It has helped me to reduce overall recovery time. Now I can manage running and weights/cardio on alternate days which I could not do before. Is a small price to keep fit. I would strongly recommend using this device. No idea what expensive devices offer as this is my first one so those on a budget and want to try these, I recommend this device. Battery life seems long after a long 6 hour charge.

For what you pay you get a very good, powerful massage gun. The options in speeds is very good as is the touch sensitivity & led display. You get a good set of attachments & it definitely helps with pain and fatigue.(From a pt & ma trainer) I would definitely recommend.
