Well made and value for money. Does what it says on the ticket. Easy to fix to wall. Up out of the way and easily accessible. Great choice. Length perfect for our garden ,placed centrally reaches back and front. Looks good too.

Absolutely chuffed with how this is performing, I have a large garden and unfortunately been through 4 different hose reels both wall mounted and reels to date, so I do have something to compare it to. This hose is on another level, first off it looks good….. Installation was straight forward. the pulling out of the hose is a good workout , but the hose extends fully and there is no dip in performance. The retraction is superb, it can go really fast so I keep my hand on the hose with a cloth so it goes back in clean, but it goes back in perfectly with no kinking. So for me it Looks good, very neat and it works , I am very happy with it. Also withstood builders for 3 weeks using it to mix muck etc ….

I bought this as an alternative to Hozelok, which have gotten far too expensive in my opinion. Seems reasonably well made but will have to see if the auto-retracting mechanism stands the test of time - Warranty is only 2yrs though not 5yrs as offered by Hozelok. The spray gun is a bit low end but does the job...just. The carry handle is also positioned incorrectly making it harder to carry when putting it away for the winter. However, my main gripe is the plastic wall bracket which does not extend quite far enough out to allow the reel to to be stored flat against a wall. Seems crazy to have overlooked this as the extra cost in material would be negliable.

Bought this 2 years ago and have been delighted with it and how easy it is to use and to install.It connects very easily to tap and is easy to disconnect. The retract spring is enough to respool the hose gently and after it winds back with the retractable mechanism it is tidy and compact against the wall.This is a fabulous addition to my garden and kennels. I can now without any effort pull the hose down to my kennels at end of the garden and water the flowers on the way down! It saves so much time and effort lifting and carrying buckets of water up and down which I had been doing up to this purchase so I really appreciate this hose.I had a slight issue with it after buying but customer service was brilliant and rectified the issue without any fuss. This counts for a lot and is always something I look for in a company. Would and have recommended to people and wouldn’t hesitate to buy again as it is reasonably priced for the quality of the hose.

Used twice . Once to wash the car and leak noted in tiny hole . Optimistic and patched with small puncture repair kit . However on second use to water garden not only did clip break on spray attachment but hole got worse and water sprayed over my washing.Frustrating and a complete waste of money.Company want us pay for the return which is expensive due to its size and weight.C'mon Bolo . Tell Giraffe that shoddy goods are not acceptable.

I bought this to replace a hoselock reel that it had for years and was getting stiff to pull out, and tended to stick and was difficult to rewind. I was hoping this would be an improvement, but it's not easy to pull out and makes a strange whining noise when using it to water my garden planters.Reading the instructions, it says to pull out the hose first and then turn the water on. Surely the hose will still be full of water next time it's used. The hoselock one was a good reliable tool for me, wondering if I've made a big mistake. After using the hose next morning, I've removed it and returned it and ordered a hoselock one instead. This would have been ok if my garden was smaller and on one level, but in my large two level garden it was a right pain.

Le tuyau de 30 mètre me permet d'arroser mon potager et mon jardin de part et d'autre de la maison sans difficulté.Pour bloquer la longueur du tuyau il suffit de tirer un petit coup sec.Attention au retour de laisser l'enroulement se faire en tenant l'extrémité du tuyau. Ne pas lâcher et ne pas mettre les doigts dans la fente.Satisfaite de min achat

Endlich aben wir eine geeignete Möglichkeit zur Aufbewahrung unseres Wasserschlauches gefunden. Im Vergleich zu anderen Schlaufaufbewahrungslösungen ist das wirklich ein sinnvolles Produkt. Beim Gießen der Blumen kann man den Schlauch nach Bedarf aus der Halterung ziehen und sobald man den Schlauch nicht mehr braucht, rollt er sich selbstänig wieder auf. Nichts liegt mehr rum und ist der Sonne ausgesetzt.Genialer Artiekl... Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, weil man auf diese Weise den Schlauch von der Sonne schützt.

4 buracos na parede, aparafusar o suporte e montar. Já está, facil e eficaz! Funciona bem por enquanto. Não se pode largar a mangueira para enrolar sozinha pois começa aos solavancos e pode partir alguma coisa.
