I want to quickly point out a few bad points because they are honestly quite small in the grand scheme of things:- The kick stand drops down a little bit when you're holding the steam deck. This isn't a big deal, but instead of sitting flush to the deck, gravity pulls it down about 1cm away from the back of the case. This doesn't appear to affect the kickstands ability when you are actually using it though.- The trigger buttons are still slightly exposed. I feel like this is one of the most common negatives I see for this case, but honestly I am not convinced it is actually THAT big of a deal. I definitely would not feel worried at all about the triggers if I was just throwing this into a bag (I use a bag with a dedicated Steam Deck slot though so this is even less of a concern for me personally).- I don't know if this is a good thing or bad thing, but the front case is a little awkward to get off because it sticks to the front of the deck so well. The way I end up taking it off, is resting the deck on my lap and then holding both ends with my fingers and using my thumbs to push the front case up and off the deck. This can sometimes end up with the front case flipping up and away from you so you have to be careful not to fling it on the floor.The good things:- Everything feels study and the fit is fantastic.- It doesn't feel bulky at all and when I am using the deck you don't even notice that there is a case on it.- The front cover fits really well and is very study in place. Absolutely no worries that it will accidentally fall off, the analogue sticks are well protected and so you don't have to worry about them breaking in your bag from being pushed and held in one direction. The triggers are also really well protected, even if they aren't completely covered.- There is a cut out for the charging port that allows for those 90 degree angle charging cables to be used. Or just about any charging cable you have really.The kickstand works really well and it feels nice and stable when it is resting up. There is only one angle you can set it to, but I feel like it is a decent angle personally.- The volume and power buttons are covered up for protection but easily able to be pressed.- The accessory I got to hold a power bank or similar on the back of the case works really well. I tested it with my INIU 25000mAh power bank and it holds it in place well and feels nice and safe. The fastening can be a little fidgety but it gives me more confidence that they will stay in place as a result so I guess it is a positive rather than negative.I cannot test the cover that came with it for a Dock, because I don't have a dock to test it with, but I assume based on the rest of the product that this is also good quality.Conclusion: Overall, it is pretty close to perfect in my opinion. It is a lot cheaper than the Killswitch case which is the other major one that most people recommend, and I don't think there is likely to be much difference in quality (It sounds like the Killswitch case will be marginally better, but it is also more than double the price)If you want a good quality case but don't want to break the bank, then I highly recommend this case.

Before I write my actual review I want to comment on something I've read in a few. A few people have mentioned a "flimsy rubber stand" in their reviews. It isn't actually a stand. Having looked at it, I realised it looked like a cover for a Dock, when I checked the box, it does list a "protect case for dock" (I'd assume a JSAUX model), it's a nice extra addition so you can place your Steam Deck on the dock with the case on. Most docks appear to be far too narrow, so this would have been a real bonus. I'm not sure why JSAUX don't mention it anywhere on the listing. I personally ordered the Mod Case with the attachable Dock, but... If I had known the case came with this piece, I probably would have opted for one of their stationary docks. 🤷🏽♂️Now for the actual review...The case is amazing. It feels solid and fits incredibly well, without restricting use. It adds a decent amount of weight to the deck, which I personally really do like. I'm quite tall and have big hands, and the added weight is just makes it feel more solid.As someone with big hands, the Steam Deck (without case) isn't the most ergonomic. Playing with the case on felt a lot more comfortable.The front cover is great as well, and padded, for the extra protection whioe on the move.The kickstand is also nice to have. It's solid metal, attaches firmly, and does not get in the way of play. I've used it when putting my Deck down to charge.The dock also attaches easily, and keeps the case standing well.I haven't tried the battery pack strap yet, but if the quality is comparable... I can't see what could go wrong.Easy 5*
5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for any Steam Deck owner
After having this case for some time I can honestly say it has been worth every penny.It fits the Steam Deck very snuggly, no loose edges etc. and does a great job of protecting it. There is padding on the underside of the faceplate to protect the screen and also fits nicely with a screen protector on.For me, it increases comfort as it gives the steam deck more bulk to grab and has a texture on the grips to help with holding it. For reference, I have quite small hands so I imagine someone with even larger hands would appreciate the extra bulk.Haven’t made much use of the battery pack strap or built in kickstand (both of which can be removed anyway). I always play handheld so I just use the kickstand to prop up the SD when not in use.Due to the snug fit, It can be difficult to remove the face plate. I tend to push down on one of the grips with one hand and lift up the cover with the other, ideally on a table or similar surface.
Amazing case. A little heavy.
I really like this case. It's replaced the case that came with the Steam Deck. I don't worry about my Steam Deck when I put in my notebook bag for the day. My only complaint is that it adds a noticeable amount of weight to the steam deck. When I first started using the case, my hand would hurt after using the Steam Deck because I wasn't used to the weight.
Good armor
The handling is nice, the case doesn't add much bulk or weight, and the back kickstand means I wouldn't be required to bring a dock to prop it up, whether or not I would connect to a TV. The detachable front shell connects and is sturdy, and will be great at protecting the screen and thumbsticks.
