    The first wolf box I had was great, Worked perfectly for 3 months. I then got the black screen of death ! I swiftly contacted Bolo who was happy for me to return it for a refund.I then ordered a newer one to replace it. The newer one has been an absolute nightmare, It only turn on when it decides too, there Is no WiFi connection for the app so you can't adjust settings, and it's been turning itself off mid journey without me even knowing. I went online to Bolo as I wanted the company to phone me and try resolve as I'm also paying to have this professional installed and uninstalled each time. There is no option for help it's return or nothing. So yet again I now have to pay to have it removed properly so I can send it back.Once this one goes back I will try a different brand all together!

    I ordered my Wolfbox G930 a few weeks ago, and a few days later went to install it. As recommended in the user guide, I tested the device before doing the "actual" install in my vehicle (a golf cart). While the cameras, gps and mirror worked immediately, I could not get any of the Menu functions to work. It was completely unresponsive to my finger presses on the touch screen.I contacted Wolfbox Custeromer Service directly from their website, describing the problem. I received a quick email response from Bonnie (Customer Service Rep) giving me a few steps to try. Unfortunately, those steps did not work, but without any hesitation or complaint, Bonnie immediately asked for my address so that she could get the factory to send me a new unit.After a few days the new unit arrived and I tested that immediately and nervously. Very happy to say this one worked flawlessly and I was able to get into the menu. I went through all settings options to view and/or change them, and then installed it in my Golf Cart which has very limited view in the original rear view mirror. The install was easy, essentially just routing the wires around the inside to where they needed to be. The images from both front and rear cameras are awesome, really clear and nice wide angles.I chose the Wolfbox G930 based on reviews both here on Bolo as well as other sources. For a moment I thought I had made a big mistake and was on the verge of returning it and searching for another brand. Fortunately, Ms. Bonnie saved the day with her combination of helpfulness, respectful, polite and positive attitude, and prompt actions. She just sent me a return shipping label so that the original device can go back to help them figure out what the problem wad. THANK YOU BONNIE.I have another golf cart, and a car, and will almost certainly be putting a G930 into those. The G930 has a great combination of price/value, function and, despite the original problem, quality. It records from both cameras simultaneously, has great image quality, has included GPS in case of accidents, and is pretty simple to install (but test before installing).Highly recommended!

    Although I have only had the device for just over a week, I thought I’d write an initial comment to be followed up by an update later if needed. The product came well packaged and everything they quoted to be in the box was there. Installation of both the screen and rear camera was simple. The setup was easy to understand and everything went according to the process laid out in the instructions. Setting both cameras for the optimal view required some trial and error, but again pretty simple. The image/clarity of both front and rear cameras is incredible. I mounted the rear camera inside at the top of the back window, works perfectly and provides as nice wide view as a “rear view” mirror (very happy), and no drilling holes in the vehicle to get cables back to the screen. The biggest job was hiding the cables out of sight for a professional finish and neat appearance. The backup feature (reversing lines) are okay, but would not totally rely on them until you have done some research on where they actually are in relation to the back of the vehicle. Overall…good solid product. Will be back if anything changes!

    OK c'est pas donné mais il faut ce rendre a l'évidence c'est vraiment bien.Il y a quelques petits détails a améliorer.- le réglage de contraste ne descend pas assez en clareté , l'écran reste trop foncé et ça ce ressent bien en fin de journée ou a basse lumière.- le réglage de niveau caméra en passant par l'écran ce limite a "gauche-droite" il serai bien de pouvoir baisser ou remonter juste un coté.- pouvoir régler la transparence de la date+heure+gps aurait été un plus (c'est trop visible)voyez ce ne sont que des détails , sinon le menu est facile et le montage aussi.dans mon cas c'est un utilitaire Peugeot Expert , rallonge inutile le cable de caméra s'il est correctement passé suffit.Crdt Hervé.

    Zunächst möchte ich dem Verkäufer danken, da ich anfangs einige Probleme hatte, die alle gelöst wurden.Meine Bewertung des Produkts:Erstens ist das Produkt von hoher Qualität. Die Verpackung, das Benutzerhandbuch, die Kabel – alles ist ordentlich und elegant. Der Spiegel ist von hoher Qualität, die Touch-Empfindlichkeit ist gut, das Bild auf dem Bildschirm ist klar und deutlich. Ich habe alles selbst montiert, es erfordert keine großen Fähigkeiten, nur etwas Zeit. Die Rückkamera ist sehr klar, und man kann das Bild und die Rückkamera ebenfalls steuern. Man kann sie immer anpassen, da sie eine Feder enthält, die es der Person ermöglicht, die richtige Richtung zu bestimmen.Die Frontkamera ist ebenfalls gut.Was die Aufnahme angeht, so zeichnet sie Videos im Minutentakt auf und hat eine Empfindlichkeitsfunktion, die genau weiß, wann die Aufnahme beginnt. Man kann die aufgenommenen Videos auf dem Computer oder dem Mobiltelefon ansehen, indem man einfach die Speicherkarte herausnimmt und das Video genießt. Das aufgenommene Video ist in 4K vorne und 1080p hinten.Kurz gesagt, ein großartiger Verkäufer und ein Produkt, das genau das tut, wofür es entwickelt wurde.
