    When I started taking these I saw a difference straight away in my gym sessions. It’s slightly different for everyone but it takes about 10ish mins for it to kick in for me.The flavour is ridiculously good - I’d drink this as a normal drink.The only thing is that you do end up building a dependency to this if you keep taking it and you’ll feel like you run out of stamina more quickly, when you don’t take it. It’s relative though and if you never took it, then you wouldn’t feel that. My point is though, you’ll definitely notice a difference with taking it and if you forget to take it one session, it might be a demotivating session.

    I have nothing but good things to say, flavour is really nice not too sweet or bitter. Just the right amount of caffeine and all the other ingredients are well dosed too. Hopefully some more flavours to come as I’ve now had them all and they are equally as good in taste.

    Just want to give first time users a little warning before using. These shots contain an ingredient called Beta Alanine which causes something called Paraesthesia. When taking for the first time it's best not drink a full shot. Maybe split it in half and see how you feel first as the effects can be a little freaky. Paraesthesia effects include tingling, itchy feelings, and increased body temperature. The effects should die down after 1 hour or so and is perfectly safe, however, for some people like myself it is a horrible feeling and if you don't expect it you may start panicking thinking something is wrong with you. The shot itself tastes like a drumstick dipped in sherbet but isn't too bad, and the effects are fast. As soon as you drink it you feel a little wired due to high caffeine levels among other ingredients. Within a short time you will feel the tingling etc and may also need to use the bathroom. The best way to calm the effects is to keep moving, which you should be doing anyway if you are using it. Some people like the feeling and some don't, I definitely don't. When taking anything always do research so you know whether or not to do it, and what to expect.
