    I like these black enameled baking trays. They are robust and do not rust as the coating is solid and does not wear away. Okay, so maybe they are not fully 'non-stick', but even burnt-on stuff can be scrubbed clean with a metal scourer without damaging the enamel, and most residue can be removed with a normal scouring pad. Long lasting a good value for money.

    These baking trays are exactly what I had been searching for , they are the right size , nice weight and easy to clean. I have used them a few times already and the food has cooked better than it did on non stick trays I had previously.

    The 36cm is a good size matching cut greaseproof sheets however the enamelling isn’t as good as prior purchase it’s bubbled a lot and on the fold is quite rough. Almost as if they miss a production step. I know these work great in pyroclean ovens which is why I bought them.

    J'ai enfin trouvé une véritable plaque de cuisson pour petit four. Acier émaillé de qualité, lourd. Ne se déforme pas avec la chaleur, le revêtement ne s'abime pas au lavage. Excellent produit, je recommande.
