I bought these sweets to use for Christmas goodie bags for my staff. However after opening both bags they are disgusting and sticky, and most importantly I can’t gift them so not for intended purpose.The bag they came in had the wrong information on it for the sweets - with one of the bags also having the ingredient information ripped off.I will be retuning them

Missing half of the advertised sweets (no twizzlers, no sweetart chews, etc) and 80% penny candy like flavored tootsie rolls and gobstoppers which are nobody's favorites. But the most disappointing part is how it's all stale and hard. The bigger tootsie rolls are airtight, but feel rock hard which means they're far beyond their best by date. The description is a complete lie, claiming their box of sweets is fresher than competitors. It's all the same, clearly. And lacking variety. Not even a single twizzler or sweetart chew which I was looking forward to. Only reason for an extra star is that while everything is stale, at least none of it was opened or unwrapped. But I would NOT recommend this for an American friend as they'll be quite offended, and it would be a bad representation of American sweets for anyone else.
