    Our biggest use of pumpkin seeds is sprinkled on our dog’s breakfast after grinding them to a powder. It’s supposed to be a helpful addition to their diet in terms of nutrients and anti-inflammatory action, but also to help keep worms and other parasites at bay. Apart from that, our dog just loves the taste!We also use them ourselves, sprinkled on baked goods, salads, cereal and just as snacks and as a Coeliac, I’m grateful that they’re supposedly gluten free as some products suffer from contamination issues.The seeds are good quality, tasty and fresh and come in a resealable bag with a good best before date of just under 1 year. I’m very happy with the, and they should last us ages.

    These pumpkin seeds, with a best-before date of July 2025, are simply delicious.Visually, the seeds are plump and well-formed, showing no signs of shrivelling, discolouration, or dark spots. They are impressively clean too, free from any unwanted debris or shell fragments, which is always a plus.They have a rich, deep green colour and emit a delicate, nutty aroma that is both inviting and fresh. There is no hint of spoilage, mould, or any stale odour, which speaks to their quality and care in packaging.The texture is satisfyingly crisp, offering a pleasing bite without any soft or soggy bits; no bitter aftertaste.The seeds are perfectly tasty straight out of the bag. There is no need to toast them, making them an easy and convenient addition to our daily snack mix. Plus, they are packed with healthy fats, fibre, and an array of vitamins and minerals, making them not only a delicious snack but a nutritious one as well.They are also fantastic as a pesto base, offering a more budget-friendly alternative to pine kernels.In summary, I am happy with the quality and freshness of these seeds.
