Between these 2 photos is 2.5months apart. She is still a puppy, I bought as daily tear cleanser around the eyes 6 months ago. She was perfectly white around the eyes as you can see in first photo, nothing has changed in her diet. I used this tear stain remover daily and results you can see in second photo😢😢.Not happy at all, and waist of money. False claim

We have an Old English Sheepdog puppy with a very white face. He is our 4th OES and we have always had the same problem, especially with beard staining, and especially as they have a raw meat diet. Giving only filtered / mineral water helps with tear stains, but not massively. I have now come to the end of our first bottle of this, and although much of the time his beard is covered in dirt (he is a puppy who likes digging!), when its not, it looks a lot less stained than our previous mutts. I use a dob on a wet flannel once (sometimes twice) a day after a meal , wipe around beard and face, wipe with a rinsed flannel, and dry with a small towel.

I bought this off of the back of the reviews hoping for good things.Okay, to begin with it does remove any built up crusty sleep. When applied it softens it so it can be removed without discomfort to my dog.Unfortunately, even after regular and careful application, it did not clear the tear stains and it is quite difficult to apply and remove without getting this in the dogs eye. It has a consistency of a gel and requires proper rinsing to remove after application. I have a feeling that it may have caused additional eye irritation which in turn caused more tears.I won't be using this product any more and have purchased an alternative that is hopefully more effective and gentle to be used around my dog's eyes. It may work for some but I can't personally recommend from my own experience and will be throwing the remainder in the bin.

I bought this product for my dog who had tear stains around his eyes. I was looking for a natural and gentle solution that would not irritate his eyes or skin. I was impressed by the ingredients of this product, which are 100% plant derived and made in the UK. The product claims to remove eye residue and prevent stains from forming. I followed the instructions on the bottle and applied the product to a cotton pad and gently wiped his eyes. I noticed a difference after the first use. His eyes looked cleaner and brighter, and the stains were less visible. I have been using this product for a few weeks now and I am very happy with the results. His eyes are stain-free and he does not seem to mind the product at all. I would recommend this product to anyone who has a dog with tear stains. It is easy to use, effective, and safe for your dog. It is also reasonably priced and lasts for a long time.I give this product 5 stars out of 5.★★★★★

Our dog always seems to have mucky eyes so we're very often having to clear around her eyes otherwise the surrounding area looks crusty and mucky.This seemed to be quite effective at removing a lot of the muck and improved the appearance around her eyes much better than I've seen with other cleaners.I did expect the liquid to be thinner though as this is quite a thick solution and does need a thorough washing out. I would definitely advise you to follow the instructions and use warm water before hand.You also don't need to use a lot so this bottle will last quite some time.It didn't cause any adverse reaction for our rottweiler and she didn't seem bothered at all with the application.As always if you're concerned over your dog's eyes and a potential infection then always consult with your veterinarian before hand. This has been pretty effective for our dog and think it's reasonably priced for the amount you get and like I said this should last for ages.It also smells nice too. Labelled as suitable for all dogs and can be used daily if needed. The product is manufactured cruelty free which means no animal testing, is British made and even has a convenient qr code on the label to reorder it.The bottle is also recyclable and it arrives with a seal so you know it's not been used and is fresh. It doesn't appear to have a use by date but does have a 12M stamp which means it's safe to use for 12 months after opening and is also stamped with a batch number on the bottle.My only jibe is the manufacturer could make the literature on the label a bit larger, especially the product stamps of approval. Other than this we've been quite happy with the effectiveness.
