    I brought a set of these in Nov for our daughters room as she had requested some as part of her Xmas gifts, put them up first week in Jan she loved them, unfortunately around 4 weeks in a section developed an fault and lost some colour. Following a review, I was sent a message from the company expressing deep concern and wanting to resolve the issue straight away, sent me a new set. Free of charge within days, fantastic customer service, and the lights my little girl loves them ❤️

    These lights are brilliant! Just finished creating a gaming room for myself and the lights have really finished it off. I wanted to make sure they could work with my Alexa as I have this throughout the house and they couldn’t be easier to set up. You scan a QR code that downloads the right app for your device, then it searches and finds the lights, enable the app on Alexa and you are good to go. Absolutely love them and for the price you can’t go wrong.I also bought an accessory pack to be able to cut the light strip and connect them in different places to creta gaps in the lights and again it worked first time. These really are brilliant. Can’t praise them enough!

    Unfortunately, there was an issue with my lights and they would not switch on (not a single light). I believe the pin prongs at the beginning came away from the tape and blocked the connection so none of the lights would turn on. Although I am absolutely gutted about this, having spent a good period of my day putting up the lights, I have to say the seller was fantastic and reached out to me to apologise as well as make things right. Because of this, I would recommend this seller and I would buy from this seller again.I have to say the tape used for the led strip lights itself is VERY sticky and does not come off easily. You can rest assured the strip will stay put on a painted wall. It was actually a pain for me to take off the light strips as it peeled off the paint underneath.

    DO NOT BUY - Save yourself the expenseMy daughter loved these & we installed them correctly the connections were tucked away so as not to be knocked about but over time they have deteriorated & have completely stopped working so I do bot believe these are value for money as only lasted 18 months now I will have to pull down & replace which means decorating again as the sticky tape pulls all of the paint & plaster off the walls

    They are amazing!! You have so many options for colour gradients like “sunrise”, “dream” and you can make your own. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? You can also put alarms.Basically, you won’t find better.

    The media could not be loaded. These lights were easy to install. The backing comes away easily and they adhered well to the wall. The app was easy to link but did take a minute to pair. Once linked it connected to Alexa and is now voice activated. The remote allows you to change colour but the app gives you a selection of moods. The lights fit into the box with 4 small thin pins. You need to be careful not to bend them as I’m sure they could bend if roughly handled. All in all a good product.
