    These tablets are an interesting combination of minerals and vitamins added together with ashwagandha. I have been taking this for months now, and I am also taking vitamins B6, B1, Zinc, magnesium, and Manganese to help with my inflammation and fatigue. I am finding them very useful, and now I can take them all on one tablet, which is very convenient.The bottle contains 120 tablets. The recommendation is to take three a day, which means this supplement will last for forty days. For the price of £16.92 (at the time of writing this review), this is good value, especially since these tablets contain extra vitamins as well as ashwagandha.Ashwaganda has many benefits, including promoting improved sleep, reducing stress and anxiety, boosting brain function, and a whole host of other benefits, so this, combined with the included vitamins and minerals, makes this a very beneficial supplement to take.The tablets do not have any aftertaste and are easy to swallow.

    Good little supplement to use it every day . To help and support your health. It has a very good supplement such as Ashwagandha which helps to improve your health in a variety different ways ,gives some energy , can help with anxiety , and stress . As well additionally it has other vitamins Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamin B6 which are useful for the our body's.The tablets are not the biggest so its easy to drink them with a bit of water. The recommended dose a 3 capsules day so it for more then a month 40 days in total. Which for the price are quite good.Overall good supplement with a lot of good stuff in it. Doesn't cost much and dosage are quite good for it.

    AavaLabs is a brand that I tend to buy all my supplements from these days as they are such good quality and affordable and so when I saw the Full Spectrum Ashwagandha KSM 66 Root Extract with Organic Black Pepper Extract I couldn't wait to try it out. I'd been looking for an ashwagandha supplement since running out of another brand earlier in the year but hadn't got around to buying one yet as they can be quite expensive so when I saw this one I knew I was interested straight away.There are 120 capsules in AavaLabs ashwagandha and with the serving suggestion being 3 capsules a day it makes it great value for money giving you forty days worth of supplements for a reasonable price. The capsules are a pretty standard size for these kind of supplements and are easy to swallow. They do taste a bit disgusting though so I have to swallow them quick!As well as ashwagandha, the supplement has many other vitamins and minerals to help with fatigue, cognitive function and the nervous system with the addition of zinc, magnesium, manganese and some B vitamins (B1 and B6). I am on the fence about whether or not I like these additions to the supplements because of how I tend to use ashwagandha.With ashwagandha being an adaptogen I will often use it before bed to help with sleep, especially at a time when my hormones could do with being more balanced typically around my period. The problem is, with B vitamins included in this product it means that I don't want to take them before bed in case it keeps me up and the same with the magnesium. I think I must be a minority in the world in which magnesium before bed keeps me awake rather than helps me sleep!I do like the product though and have found it good to reduce stress and have a calming effect as well as improving energy levels a little. I will continue to take this product in the mornings as I feel it is working well for that purpose, it's just a shame there isn't an option for a supplement from AavaLabs without the added vitamins and minerals.

    I’ve previously bought fish oil supplements from this brand and I am confident in the quality of their products. You have to take 3 a day which feels like quite a lot but this is top level doseage. I love the extra ingredients that are added to relieve tiredness which makes this much more rounded supplement than just pure ashwaghanda.I would continue to use this long term

    There are 120 capsules in this supplement and the manufacturer recommends taking 3 a day. The ashwagandha is the KSM-66 form which is the form you need to look for in a supplement. It also contains black pepper extract, vitamin B1 and B6, zinc picolinate, a magnesium complex, and manganese. At the current price, it offers good value for money.

    There is a certain amount of evidence for the benefits of supplementing with Ashwagandha though I haven't noticed any big benefits. These capsules are quite easy to swallow and I haven't noticed any stomach issues or other side effects.The manufacturer does seem quite credible especially compared to many other supplement companies.
