SabreCut Multi-Material tile bits are designed to drill through the toughest of materials such as Ceramic, Glass, Granite, Marble and Porcelain. In addition, they can also be used to drill through softer materials such as wood, brick and concrete.
Used correctly these bits will give you a nice clean precise hole for you to fix in to securely. Use these bits in rotary mode only.
DO NOT USE IN HAMMER OR IMPACT MODES!
To ensure extended bit life use at slower speeds and use cold water to keep the drill tips cool. If you are drilling many holes consider using a dedicated water-cooling system to maintain bit life. Remember these bits are a consumable item and will wear out and need replacing.
SPEED KILLS: Reduced drill speeds, low drill pressure and plentiful use of water lubrication will extend drill bit life considerably.
The professional grade Carbide tip is designed to penetrate the hardest material quickly and the double flute helps remove the waste material efficiently.
The Tri shank flute will fit in to your drill chuck securely ensuring zero slippage.
The bit sizes supplied are suitable for 5mm and 10mm wall plug fixing solutions.
