Why did I buy this brand? Aren't they all the same? Well first off, the labels can be deceiving on some brands - the dosage size (advertised on the front in mg) versus the price is what most of us look at. But some, perhaps slightly sneaky, brands will have a serving size of 4 or more capsules to deliver that advertised dose. With this brand it's 2 capsules per serving and it's right on the front of the bottle, which adds a bit of trust for me. An easy sum (180 ÷ 2) tells you that you are getting a 90 day supply of the stated dose (with the 180 caps bottle I'm reviewing). This makes for easier value comparison.Secondly, there are a few different forms of magnesium available. They differ in how the body processes them and this affects how readily 'available' they are to your system, for your own particular need. Magnesium Glycinate is one of the most popular for this reason (Magnesium Citrate is a popular alternative), and it's not expensive to produce.I'd recommend a quick bit of research online (plenty out there on YouTube) or as always, if you're worried, check with your doctor (although in my experience doctors are not usually at the forefront of information when it comes to nutritional, and especially supplement, advice, but they will know if it affects other medicine you might be taking, or a pre-existing condition).For me, I've been taking these for about 6 months, I didn't expect to any notice major changes. I just wanted to address a potential deficiency, and it's all been positive.p.s. don't tell anyone but my hair seems thicker. Placebo effect?

I ordered the tablets as I was told by a health care professional that at my age should start taking Magnesium tablets as I had deficiency in Magnesium. I am just about managing to swollo with lots of water .. would have liked if the capsule was smaller and easy to swollo

I've done a lot of research on ingredients labels to find a clean label product. This is the best I foun and it works really well. Even got my other half on it and he loves it as it helps him to have better sleep. Two capsules before bed and sweet dreams. I also open the capsules and add to my electrolyte mix.
