The cameras are very easy to install. The picture quality is very clear, and you receive instant notification when camera detects any activity. I quite like the fact that there is not a subscription or fee to access the recordings.I had a problem with one of the cameras but the customer services sorted out quickly. Easy to contact them through the app , they are extremely helpful. For sure I will buy again from this company.

The cameras were delivered quickly and packaged well. They were easy to install and when I needed a bit of assistance, I just emailed and I got a response quickly from the after sales team. No subscription required, which was a selling point for me. The cameras cover a large section of the garden - I have one in the rear garden covering the conservatory and the other at the side covering the garage and side door. Well impressed with the cameras and the after sales team.

Very good product, easy to install, neat design with clear good quality recording. Daytime images are brilliant but dropped a star on night vision but that could be related to the positioning and ambient lighting. The Homebase saves all the footage, no subscriptions, and it is quick and easy to access by day and time. A problem with a screeching noise in playback could not be solved remotely so 2 new cameras were sent with no quibble, excellent customer service.

This is my experience with Aosu - WirelessCam Max System 5MP UHD - 2 Camera setup and base station.The reason I purchased the Aosu security cameras out of plethora of brands out there was 2 fold, 1. because of the the great feature set these have and recording to the base station. There is an option for cloud subscription storage if you want it but you're not forced into it for video recording. 2. the number of positive reviews on here, so many were saying how great the video quality is and features.I can concur that the video quality is excellent even in night mode it is clear and the wide angle gets everything covered perfectly.The 2 way audio works great with the preset sentences and ability to to disguise your voice.The siren and illumination are also good features.The motion detection just works perfectly and doesn't miss an event.All of the above is based on the second set of cameras that were sent to me and this leads me onto the excellent customer service that this company gives.The initial set that was sent to me had problems with the motion detection which was a bit random. I contacted customer services and explained the issues. The next day I had a response and sincere apology for the inconvenience caused, with advice on what to try to remedy the issue. After a few more emails of other things to try, that didn't work, there was no hesitation in sending out another set of cameras and base station.These worked perfectly from the off as I describe above and I have to commend Aosu for their exemplary customer service. I was dealt with promptly and politely by the person I interacted with, an overall pleasant experience. Not something I can say other other customer services I have dealt with in the past.I have no hesitation in recommending Aosu products and their customer service.

The cameras are exactly what I wanted, so easy to install (even for me who finds all tech difficult). The picture quality is very clear and the added bonus with siren and illuminations is such a great security feature, including the two way talkBut, I had a problem with one of the cameras making a noise. I contacted the supplier and was blown away with their customer service. Initially there was great communication at the point of ordering keeping us informed but even more importantly once I contacted them with the problem they responded straight away, answered all my questions and have solved the problem to my satisfaction. I thought customer service like that did not exist anymore but I have been proved wrong. Well done highly recommend you.

Most people write reviews based on delivery times. This review is based on the product holistic experience. The 5K Max system has been setup for a few weeks now, arrived quickly. Had an issue with a battery on one device, Support replaced the device (5K Max camera) quickly after responding swiftly to emails and built in online support. Considering the UHD resolution, this system is reliable and competatively priced. Very happy with purchase considering alternatives. Easy to configure, easy to setup, works very well with Orbi mesh wi-fi system. Alerts work well and the motion detection has a nice way of triggering alerts. Works well without cloud subscription and can access cameras remotely. Excellent product and support. 5 stars.

Great cameras, easy to set up.Good battery life and image. I like the app too.Had an issue with one camera having a constant background mechanical noise, so got in touch withThe on line help and they sent me a replacement that works fine. Brilliant customer service, and on the strength of that and the product have since bought their door bell camera and a indoor security camera too.

These have got to be the worst cameras I have ever had as you can see from the events in the picture they work when they like. on front camera they never pick up people on property only the car leaving occasionally never at all in the dark either. on the back camera it only seems to work first thing in the morning I have dogs who are out and in the garden all day long and I go with them but only works maybe 2 times a day in the morning all settings are on properly. but I was unable to have them taken down in time to return and cannot find a way to do it now so I'm seem to be stuck with them don't waste your time with them

Excellent cameras, with great customer service!
The cameras were easy to setup with all the features and performance I hoped for without a cloud subscription which I may opt for in the future if needed but I'm happy as is. The only negative was one of the cameras' mounts was non-swiveling so I couldn't aim it where needed. I reached out to Aosu support team to see if they could ship one but they were out of stock...but Nicole sent me a link on Bolo and offered to pay for them (better ones than the original) . Awesome, I got the mounts the next day and couldn't be happier with them. Very good, quick to respond customer service, thanks Aosu!
Great battery life.
These cameras are very easy to setup taking about 15 minutes to setup 3 cameras for me. The home base makes it easy for local storage without the need to purchase some form of subscription just to get the features like zone selection and notifications. I have tried others in the past that required a subscription for those extra features. I fully charged them once I took them out of the box and set them up on July 18, 2024. Today is September 25, 2024 ( so about 2 months and 9 days) and this is the first time I had to take them down to recharge them. I have had other wireless cameras on battery last 3 to 6 weeks before having to recharge. Video quality is excellent. Features like 2 way talk back, siren alarms and night mode are all excellent features that work great. These are the best cameras for price that I have found. Highly recommend for price, ease of use, and functionality.

Pros:-Very easy to set up. Had it going in minutes.-They come half charged, so you may want to charge them before you set up.-They have a decent field of view.-Only a second delay to the app.-Voice chat features, including preprogrammed male voice, for women at home alone, or children.-NO SUBSCRIPTION COSTS!!!! The storage is in your home. Usage of the app is free. You can, but I’m not sure why, pay to have it backed up to the cloud.Con:-Not a lot of motion on the base. It’s difficult to get the angle you want.-I’d like the USB-C cables to be longer so you can leave them plugged in permanently if wanted. But the 240day charge does sort of negate the need. It’s just a want.Will update review after a Canadian winter, and if anything goes wrong.
Great Aosu 5MP Wireless Security Camera Kit
I purchased and installed this Aosu 5MP Security Camera Kit with 2 cameras and a WiFi Base Unit nearly one month ago. These high resolution, wide 166-deg viewing angle cameras with 3 different types of built-in motion and human sensors are extremely good.Setup and installation was straightforward and easy. I had previously installed one of their 5MP video doorbells about a year ago and was so impressed with it, I purchased their 5MP security cameras for covering other areas of my property. And because I already had the Aosu app installed on my Android smartphone, these additional security cameras easily just add-on to the app. So now I am able to see and monitor both cameras and my video doorbell simultaneously on the single app. Adding the 2 security cameras to the app was extremely easy. Each camera on the app has the ability to set individual custom settings for each camera if desired.The app also allows the ability via one button selection to view up to 4 live-view cameras simultaneously, which is a very nice feature. I can now view my 2 security cameras and my video doorbell camera live and simultaneously on one screen, with room for another live-view camera in the future.The app also has a Smart Security button which allows individual notification settings for each camera, and the ability to select different notifications for "Home" and "Away" settings that can be easily engaged at the touch of a single button. Also included in this area of the app is the ability to instantly turn on or turn off any individual or all of the cameras at the touch of one single button. These features are very convenient for when you might be working outside within the camera areas, or having guests for a party and you do not want constant notifications beeping on your phone or dozens of videos being recorded that you will later want to delete.As these cameras have rechargeable batteries inside, you can either take them down periodically to recharge the batteries; or you can do what I did and purchase 5 volt/5 watt solar panels with 10ft attached cables that will plug directly into the camera charging port. This allows the cameras to maintain full charge at all times, and never have to be taken down-- a real plus in my mind. I found a convenient twin pack of solar panels on Bolo for about $30 and they are working great. I have found that even when my cameras are triggered and recording up to 60 second videos several times per day, my app-reported camera battery levels have never dropped below 99%, and within a few hours in the sunlight, the panels recharge my cameras back to 100% each day. I definitely recommend this added convenience.The WiFi Base unit connects directly to my WiFi router. Everything needed is included in the kit. Connecting and communicating with my router was simple and straightforward.I have also contacted Aosu a few times with questions, and they have been extremely good, timely and responsive on their replies. They seem to be genuinely interested in supporting users and their products. I have been very grateful for their help, guidance and assistance in answering all my various questions.I highly recommend this product.Follow-up: I purchased another add-on 5MP Aosu security camera for a total of 3 security cameras plus one Aosu video doorbell, all of which are managed in the single Aosu app. These are great products!Follow-up, 8-2024: I have been so pleased with my 3 Aosu C6S security cameras the past several months that I purchased yet another add-on C6S camera to bring my total up to 4 cameras-- the maximum the Homebase unit can accommodate. All the cameras are working well. And I have been in email contact with Ann the Aosu customer service representative again with questions and comments regarding these cameras and she always promptly responds and provides good answers and advice. And occasionally, if she does not know the answer to a more technical issue, she reports it to their technicians and within a few days provides a good answer. This is a true sign of excellent customer service in my opinion. I recommend these cameras not only for their quality build, but also their excellent customer service-- a sometimes hard to find quality these days.
