    Didn't realise it was the perfect range until it was delivered so is a different colour to the rest of my set but it doesn't matter, it's fab & so much better than the others!

    This review is for the 'Scoville EXPERT Neverstick+ 24cm Frying Pan'I typically cook fish and or vegetables in a frying pan of this size, and have done both since receiving this pan. I use a Neff induction hob.I found that unlike my previous 24cm pan, my hob would not detect this pan on the larger ring. It did detect on the smaller ring. I find this happens with about 50% of small frying pans I've owned. It can be inconvenient, but then it does mean the pan cannot be overheated.The pan feels sturdy and is good to hold. I was impressed by the textured non stick surface. Before I switched to induction I used to own a whole set of pans that used a ridged surface design. I know this brings a massive benefit to non stick for the right dishes. If I recall, this sort of design was not good for eggy dishes such as omelette, but great for everything else.In use, I have found that even on the small ring of my hob, this pan heats to a good temperature very quickly, but is hard to get over hot. Tonight I put it to my ultimate test of tuna steaks and am pleased to report these were the best tuna steaks I have cooked in years - they came out perfect in the middle while only lightly browned on the outside.I'm very happy with this pan and the awareness its brought to me of the Neverstick range

    This is a great frying pan for pretty much everything except eggs. That said, I am very fussy with fried eggs and have a frying pan dedicated to them as I like to do over-easy and in this, the rough surface means the yolk breaks more frequently.Things I love about it.✅ The non-stick is great - amazingly so really, I mean who'd have thought a rough surface could work - but it does.✅ Appearance - it looks so stylish! The surface gives the fryer the appearance of a much more expensive pan.✅ Solid construction with a double-riveted handle✅Raised sides - not to the extent of a wok, but they certainly help keeping things in the pan.I use the previous Scoville incarnations extensively in my kitchen and this pan makes a great new addition to the flock.
