5.0 out of 5 stars Fitness strap
Best on the market extremely accurate with the data, tells you everything you want to know. Easy use
5.0 out of 5 stars Sleep improvements
Didn't use it for the workouts but more for the recovery and sleep. It knew when I was getting ill, which helped me take it easy. You now now track steps. Battery is okay, three days before charging. Its comfortable and has no screen, which I love!
1.0 out of 5 stars Overhyped and Not Worth the Cost
I am very disappointed with the WHOOP 4.0. Here’s why it earns just one star:Expensive Subscription Fees: The ongoing subscription fees are extremely high. Despite the initial investment in the device, the monthly fees add up quickly, making it a very costly commitment.Inaccurate Data: The accuracy of the health and fitness data is questionable. I often find discrepancies in the sleep tracking and heart rate monitoring, which undermines the device’s reliability.Uncomfortable to Wear: While it's designed for 24/7 wear, I found the band to be uncomfortable, especially during sleep. It’s too tight and doesn’t feel pleasant on the wrist over long periods.Limited Features: For the price and subscription cost, the features are quite limited. It lacks some basic functionalities that are available in cheaper fitness trackers.Poor Battery Life: The battery life is disappointing. It requires frequent charging, which is inconvenient for a device meant to be worn all the time.Unresponsive Customer Support: When I reached out for help with some issues, the customer support was slow and unhelpful. It took too long to get a response, and my problems were not adequately addressed.Overall, the WHOOP 4.0 has been a huge letdown in terms of cost, comfort, and performance. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and cost-effective fitness tracker.
4.0 out of 5 stars It’s very good, but not for me
My review of the whoop strap is very positive. If you’re purchasing this, you need to wear it constantly for least 2 to 3 weeks for it to calibrate your personal metrics, battery life if you’re active is around 2 to 3 days life, charging is made easy. I would recommend getting a premium strap, as you can tell the included strap is lower quality, but is acceptable.Whoop strap versus Garmin:The whoop does not have GPS, but the insights on the app and why the algorithm works is outstanding. Garmin is a fitness device. It has longer battery life, and obviously does more when it comes to sensors and fitness activities. The Whoop is more of a health tracker/life coach. Garmin app is good by no match for the clear data provided in app by WhoopWhoop versus Apple Watch Series 7/ Ultra:Again, the metrics and the output from the WHOOP app why exceeds that of the information shown on Apple health the Apple Watch is a communication and fitness device again pairing the to the Whoop is more of a health tracker life coach. The only notifications for the Whoop is capable of generating is a vibrating alarm clock. This is perfectly usable and works very well. When comparing Garmin whoop an Apple Watch, you need to consider what your requirements are if you want 24 seven health monitoring with an app that is so clear and very informative then the Whoop is a great choice. If you need notifications or more battery life then the choice is between Garmin and Apple Watch. I think the Whoop will only get better with time and updates. It’s a very impressive product where a lot of thought has gone into delivering the information collect and collate your personal information.Whoop vs Ultrahuman RingThese are equivalent devices, Whoop is easier to wear for fitness activities vs Ultrahuman, weight lifting, cold days were fingers shrink making the ring loose, the Whoop wins here. (If you go Ultrahuman get the ring sizing kit first)If you want metrics without distracting notifications then Whoop is the way to go, beware of runaway costs with subscription and accessories. And Whoop battery outlasts Ultrahuman ring.My only other criticism is support, Whoop took 5 days to respond to an account issue, but then I had same issue with Ultrahuman as I think they are based in a different time zone.8 out 10, it’s very minimal but represents probably the best value
5.0 out of 5 stars Great fitness tracker, probably the best on the market
Find splashed out on Black Friday for this with the 20% saving, but to be honest, it's probably worth the full money anyway. It's probably one of the best fitness trackers on the market. If not the best. It's checking the most important thing which is HRV, and it both 3/4 day battery lifeIf you're not interested in measuring metrics, this probably isn't for you, however, for people that want to get the best out of their performance and life. This is probably the best investment they could ever spendThe only cons are probably the price, which is still quite expensive for the average person, and the battery doesn't last as long as they claim, the charging process is a bit fiddly.
5.0 out of 5 stars Cal
Whoop is excellent
5.0 out of 5 stars Game changer for my health
This has revolutionised how I take care of my energy. I am so much more in-tune with how my body responds to different activities. I can now tell how my recovery is going to be the following day. I am continually learning about my body which is brilliant. Much more in-depth than my Apple Watch. Like that I don't have to remove it to charge. The battery life is great too.

Two weeks in and really liking it
I have been wearing this for two weeks and I have to say I really like it. Initially the free band that comes with it is stiff and scratchy and you just have to hang with it for a few days and a few showers until it finally softens up. I did not see any reason to pay another $50 for a different band and I am glad I didn't after this one softened up and now is comfortable. The data that I get is spot on and is allowing me to track what I needed to. I primarily bought this for the sleep tracking. I wear a Garmin Venu 3 and have had an Apple Watch Ultra and all of the other Apple Watches and it is more accurate than any of them in my opinion.
primeira impressão
Até aqui, segundo dia apenas, decepcionante. Achei tortuoso o acesso a informações básicas.
This is not a smart watch
I ordered this WHOOP thinking it had features like a pedometer, distance walked, and a watch. Its a beautiful health band that measures output and recovery. So if you expend a large amount of energy doing a workoutvor a mental task it can calculate how much sleep you need to recover. If your sleep is much less than optimal that will increase the amount of recovery your body needs . I could have used it because it's great at dividing the phases of sleep and it lets you know which phase has which benefits
One of the best investment i made.
I've been using the WHOOP 4.0 for a while now, and it has been an absolute game-changer, especially for someone like me who suffers from sleep apnea. This device is more than just a fitness tracker; it's a comprehensive health tool that has significantly improved my sleep quality and daily activity levels. The sleep tracking feature is incredibly detailed, providing insights that have helped me understand my sleep patterns and make necessary adjustments. Additionally, the activity tracking is spot on, motivating me to stay active and healthy. It's comfortable to wear 24/7, and the app interface is user-friendly, making it easy to monitor my progress. Investing in the WHOOP 4.0 has been one of the best decisions for my health and well-being.
