    When I first started mixing resin I always did it by hand and got small quantities of bubbles, this mixer was recommended & I decided to give it a shot.I would NOT say that it mixes any BETTER than I did by hand, but I would also question if it's actually any WORSE & it certainly doesn't appear to mix in any more bubbles than I did PLUS the benefit that I can get on with other things while the resin's mixing & also it saves my wrists from doing all that mixing, so well worth it.The only CRITICISM I have is that the STAND even at it's HIGHEST doesn't allow the mixing head to be above my 500ml pots so that excess resin can drip off while I'm doing other things, thus saving the excess resin from being wasted, all it would require is another "stem" piece or a LONGER stem piece.Think about it & look into it Istoyo !!!!

    Bought this item in July 2024, it worked great….then it suddenly stopped working - this was after the return window.- so I’ve lost out. Not over used as only used a few times a week- then charged. Not happy. Going back to hand mixing. Waste of money. Avoid, it’s less hassle.!

    Very easy to assemble straight out of the box, this mixer comes with four paddles, two of each size. You need to choose your paddle size carefully. I have used this twice so far and on the first go I mixed around 200ml of resin using the larger size paddle. The resin was above the paddle itself therefore very minimal bubbles were created and the cup the resin was in stayed still. Second time I only mixed 100ml but didn't even think that because the resin didn't cover the paddle, this would cause lots of bubbles and the cup wouldn't stay still. Bubble mania was created! Lesson learned. I also learned that you do not want the paddle to be touching the base of the cup, I am sure this is what caused all the wobbling.TLDR: This is a great mixer as long as you choose your paddle size wisely and position your mixing cup correctly.

    I have ordered other mixers in the past and returned them but this one works. As normal with mixing, there are bubbles but it saves my hands and wrists from cramping. Well worth the money!

    The stand is so handy and while made of plastic and appears somewhat flimsy, it is sturdy enough to manage the multitude of mixing portions I daily put it through!This Pro version has an *Ai* button which you can set and walk away from while the resin is well mixed for 4mins. There is a silicone mat which ensures your cup does not slide away. The 4pc (2+2) paddles comes in small and large size - clean and reuse many times without issue. A downward tub removes the paddle while a firm (not strong!) push upward inserts it.Minimum Bubbles!Never knew I needed this - but so HAPPY to have decided to pay the little extra and get this option. Of course there is a manual setting as well and you can naturally also hold the mixer in your hand if you want to, unless like me, you like to multi-task!!Very happy to recommend.Thanks iSTOYO, another great helpful design :)
