I purchased this because of the colour, energy rating and price. It is lovely and a lot quieter than my last one. Easy to plumb in and performance great even with discount supermarket tabs.

My old dishwasher gave up the ghost and departed to the scrap heap in the sky.After a bit of research we settled on this dishwasher, it cleans really well and has a number of useful programmes.Considering this is a lower cost dishwasher it's a pretty good machine with a decent build quality.The LED display is easy to read and the controls are fairly straight forward.As with pretty much every dishwasher I found it was quite easy to install and fits in a standard kitchen undertop "gap".I think the value for money is excellent with this unit and it's a lot quieter than my old one.However, as you would expect there are a few minor issues that come with lower cost.The advert did state an LED light inside, but this model doesn't have one.Maybe it's me but I really can't see the need for one anyway.The upper racks can be a little temperamental.The side areas have little shelves, like the ones that hold smaller cups or glasses in place.However, they don't tend to stay in place so I don't bother using them.The course filter is a little small, make sure you give it a good clean to avoid it blocking otherwise it could cause an error during the cycle.Cleaning is super easy so it shouldn't be a problem.It has a hot water feed which is great, unless like us you have a combi boiler.It is more efficient to use the cold feed and let the dishwasher heat it up, otherwise it's dragging a huge amount of water through before it heats up.Despite those small issues, this is a decent dishwasher that is certainly worth the money.It will clean all your washing up in a quiet efficient manner and let out a burst of beeps at the end to tell you it's finished.

So we got this to fill a space, not necessarily that we absolutely needed it. Price was ok, but based on performance, I can’t imagine cheaper ones can’t do the same thing.It’s as expected in terms of the inside, no comment, the programming panel works well, nice and easy to cycle through options. My only concern is I’ve used a couple of different programs now and have yet to have 100% dry pots, not one piece has actually been dry once opened. It’s not the end of the world, but I used the longer cycle and expected at least that the pots were dry! I’ve read the manual and troubleshooting, potentially the way it’s been loaded but I’ve been careful and strategic and still doesn’t dry. Again, not the end of the world but a bit disappointing.

Dishwasher was purchased in October and worked well until June14th it stopped with an error message F12. I called Hisense directly to try to get the problem resolved. 6 weeks, 4 engineers, multiple parts and the dishwasher still does not work. The error messages have changed throughout this time we’ve had an F12,F20,F11 and now back to F12 but not once has the dishwasher worked. The engineers leave without testing it and trying to get someone back is a struggle. After the latest failed repair Hisense were asking me to take pictures of the hoses and email to them so they could then pass it on to the escalation department who would take another 72 hours to decide what they were going to do about it. I called up Bolo instead, this was Friday lunchtime and the dishwasher has been collected Saturday morning.I’m now going to get a different brand of dishwasher.

Wasn’t the easiest to install. Front adjustable legs weren’t easiest to access with wrench and front panel needs two people or clamps to attach with screws (can’t believe the product designers couldn’t figure a better way than this). Performance wise product is great so far- simple to use, runs quietly, has great capacity and cleans well.

This is a great little machine for the price. Easy to operate, robust baskets, great space for dishes, and it looks good too. Compared to my previous one (which began with a 'B') it's brilliant.
