After two years of battling with plantar fasciitis this is the most comfortable footbed I have found. They feel like they were made just exactly for my feets . I have high arches and these arch supports are just perfect.They are sturdy and very supportive yet still cushioned. Very true to size. Only downside is I have wide feets but I still found the straps little loose. Could be little tighter.

I was so pleased with my new flip flops. I usually wear a size 6 normally, so I bought a size 6. But after 4 days they were hurting me between my toes because they are actually too big. I should’ve bought a size 5, they might be a tighter fit and not so loose to be rubbing as I walk. Sad, because they’re not cheap either.
