5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Quality Large Pan
Bought in an Bolo sale for a very good price. Great non-stick pan, sturdy and a good weight, very generous size for larger families or batch cooking. Capacity states 1.5 litres, but it actually holds quite a bit more than this. The coating is so durable that any utensils may be used with the pan, including metallic, without scratching. The price of the ZEROSTICK range has decreased substantially since I bought this, so am now looking to buy a full set.
5.0 out of 5 stars Quality cookware
Because we were super impressed with the Ninja frying pan we bought a while ago, then Ninja seemed the way to go when one of our saucepans needed replacing. We are knocking on a bit, and we have tried so many different so called 'non-stick' pots and pans over the years. Non have really stood the test of time, even though we have only used wooden or silicon utensils in them.My morning porridge saucepan used to be a real pain to clean, now, with the Ninja, it's a breeze!. I'm hopeful that it will last a lot longer than previous ones. This is the second saucepan that Bolo sent me - the first one was damaged. It was hardly surprising, as it was put into a large box, wrapped in tissue paper (what's the use of that!). It was then placed, upside down onto the base of the box, with about 5 metres of packing paper stuffed on top. Because the handle wasn't protected, a little rough handling smashed it. I give Bolo their due, they replaced it immediately, however it was packed in exactly the same way, only this time there was more packing paper - about 9 metres - luckily it was undamaged this time.Anyone with any common sense would have put a layer of packing paper in the base of the box, then the pan, finished off with more packing paper.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great Pan
Nicely made pan that is much better quality than many available in local shops
4.0 out of 5 stars Takes ages to heat up but great once it dose
I use a new induction stove and this takes ages to heat up and doesn't get to the temperature you want until a long time has passed. But once it does, it is effective, leaves no residue, has good non-stick and is very easy to clean.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great for an induction hob
Great product especially for induction hob. It warms up quickly. Nice size for when you want to warm up say a can of baked beans or a can of soup as an example. Also used for shallow fry mushrooms, tomatoes and even making scrambled eggs. It’s versatile and really good non stick which makes it easy to clean. Thoroughly recommended. No negatives at this stage.
5.0 out of 5 stars A 16cm saucepan with cover!
It’s hard to find a 16cm saucepan much more one with a proper cover. Most are described as milk pan and without a cover. This works really well, feels durable and is very functional. It washes easily. I am not sure it is as scratch resistant and suitable for metal utensils as advertised. Mine seems to have a slight scratch even though I have been careful to avoid metal utensils. I’d purchase it again, though, in the larger 18cm size.
3.0 out of 5 stars Ninja ZEROSTICK Essentials Cookware 18 cm saucepan
I bought this pan after researching reviews etc and it was to replace a stainless steel pan whose handle fell off. It is light and feels robust, the non-stick surface is certainly very easy to clean and basically it does everything I would expect of it apart from one feature. It is described as being suitable for use on an induction hob and yes it does work on the induction hob, BUT very slowly! It took about 10 minutes to bring 3 cms of water to the boil. The rest of the meal was almost ready to serve as the carrots were only just coming up to boiling point. This is very disappointing because one of the features of the induction hob that I really appreciate is the speed with which it heats up - as long as the pans are suitable. Could it be that this is a coated aluminium pan with the bare minimum of iron in it to make it “function”, but only just?My advice to customers using an induction hob is to go for stainless steel pans which are guaranteed to heat up very quickly. I shall be giving this pan away to my daughter who uses gas.
5.0 out of 5 stars Ninja pans - Awesome - enough said
Bought a Ninja frying pan to replace an old 'non stick' Tefal frying pan and the quality of the Ninja is unmatched. I have since bought another Ninja frying pan and this Ninja saucepan - brilliant. Reliable company Ninja as they have been great when had problems with a ninja smoothie maker blade and I love the Ninja air fryer. Why has it taken until now for decent products to become available.
Great product
But watch out how you clean and don't use cooking spray.
