    Noise cancellation is very good, no doubt about it. Sound quality is good for meeting, not for Media. The cushions given are small and not comfy. Ears starts paining after a 20 - 30 mins of usage.

    The person on the other side is not able to hear the background noise from our side. Recommended for people working in Call centers or IT companies when there is usually noise from the surrounding people.

    The photos of the product are deceptive. The headphones are very small, almost child size and the cups barely cover adult ears. Sound quality is okay, no issues. But the small size makes them completely unsuitable for adults. Additionally, there is only a replacement policy. You cannot return them and get a refund. So you can exchange them for another set of the exact same headphones. What's the point? Considering the price, I totally regret purchasing them. Would not recommend buying them ever, unless they are for someone less than 10 years old.

    I have tried MANY headsets in the last few weeks in an attempt to find one compatible with my "work from home" programs. This is the only one that doesn't interfere or try to take over the call answer/disconnect aspect. It had great sound, in fact I needed to turn it down as the caller about blew me away lol. The only drawback I can find is the odd location of the MUTE/VOLUME button. It is strangely nearer to the usb plug, so is over near the pc, not by the headset itself, so is awkward to use, but not a deal breaker. If only the manufacturer was able to swap around the cord placement this would be an ideal one for future purchases.UPDATE: OCT 20, well I managed to get past the irritating mute button placement by running it under the keyboard which keeps it accessible. Unfortunately, I use this for working from home and I am constantly being told lately by callers that I'm breaking up, so stuck with a non working headset that is past return time frame sadly.
